I used to be a regular customer, the one that stop by every day from Monday to Friday.... I said a used to be a regular customer because today was my last visit. As usual there are a lot of employees but they seems o be more focused on their own business than paying attention to the customers. I always placed my order using the mobile App and I can say that 90% of the time I arrive to the store, at least 10 minutes later, and the order isnt complete. They dont care about updating their inventory so I always end ordering something they dont have on stock ( this usually happens one a week) and once I stay there for 5 or in some cases almost 10 minutes waiting for part of my order I decided to asked someone and its when I found out they dont have it......

So disappointed! I went to grab a cappuccino (tall) around 10pm and specifically asked for it with to be topped with cinnamon and to my surprise not only did it not have cinnamon, it did not even have one bit of espresso! To make matters worse the cup was only half full. I was really counting on that coffee for an extra boost to be able to study. If I wanted a cup of warm milk I could have saved myself the money, time, and trouble and stayed home.

They were out of Iced Coffee.., go figure.! Its only Coffeever stuck in the fridge. Then the New Iced Coconut Milk Machiato they were out of Coconut Milk...., my Luck. I think someone isnt paying attention at the store. Overall always good seevice.., oh by the way I settle for Oprah Chai Iced.

Went by the drive thru today and was attended by a very nice and hilarious employee by the name of Matty. Not only did she make me laugh, but she also introduced me to my new favorite drink. I appreciate the effort that she puts into her job, and I will definitely be coming back again.

Worse starbucks Ive ever been too. They can have 2 customers and they take 20 minutes and do a bad job anyway. Never going there again. The fraps were watery. The staff was slow and un attentive. I had 4 people get their fraps before me and I paid first. Not worth 4.25 sorry.

Only two cars and spent ten to fifteen minutes in the drive through. They did get my discount in, offered to warm up my cookie, good. But they seem so stressed. I think they should train at the local cafeteria because this is Hialeah, baby! Manhattan has nothing on us!

Staff was nice, but I have never been to a Starbucks this nasty! Air vents need to be cleaned. The tables not cleared off. Papers on the floor. The patio not cleaned off also. Very sad! I always meet clients here and had to go to another location!

Visit twice a week, and all the visits always the same story, wait and wait, unfortunatellly no other around in this area. Expect to wait, dont even think about going thru the drive thru, the wait is even longer

This Starbucks is literally the worst one I have ever been to in the whole nation. Coffee always tastes like from the day before. Even the Starbucks out of mid of nowhere in Tennessee is better than this one

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Long wait and 80% wrong order. Manager has a bad attitud, and they dont even apologize for they mistakes. Everytime I go there I leave upset.
