Customer service can be called horrible. Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional !!!!! They scream and shout and play like kids while you are waiting for your order. The noise the staff make is more than the people who visit and thats annoying especially for people who come to study. Staff always invite friends over to chat and hang there which make it look like its their place and you are not welcome !! Other than that its regular Starbucks with indoor and outdoor seating. No bar or high chairs. And yes there is a drive thru

Every time Ive gone here they always mess up my order or forget to include something that I ordered. They are very unprofessional and should really change their management. All I see staff doing is laughing and joking around when they should really pay attention to their jobs and focus on their customer satisfaction. Maybe thats why they mess up my order- they are more interested in having a good time instead of doing their job right.

The cashier who attended me was super friendly and nice, very handsome also. The other people who were working also, which were 3 other girls and one other guy had very poor customer service. The girls were talking bad about other costumers in front of customers and the guy who was making the food had a bad attitude and was not friendly at all.

All except for one barista was friendly. The entire staff seemed like they didnt want to be here. Starbucks better start hiring individuals with at least a BA in business. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and specially when you have someone yawning in your face as theyre taking your order!!

Not the best Starbucks experience. The place was pretty dirty all around and the service could be a lot better. Loud and bossy lady (don`t know if she is the manager) making the experience very awkward. Won`t come back.

They try to be fast and they are nice. Sometimes you have so many people its impossible to get anyone coffee in 1 min. I think we rush and expect them to be ahead and it doesnt work that way. They work FAST.
