One of the nicer Starbucks in Miami that I frequent, however the older Barista named "William" was very rude when I asked for a pastry to be warmed up one morning. "The pastry icing will melt and make my oven stink up!" He even asked his manager if he was allowed to warm up this certain pastry. Seriously? He heated it up and the pastry was completely fine and in tact. It was a sole incident, so not a big deal, but still not a way to treat a customer seriously overpaying for a cup of coffee.

Standard Starbucks coffee fare. Very rude service. This morning I have asked the batista to make sure my coffee was not so hot (140 F). I was turned down flat : "I have already heated the milk. You should tell your preferences when you order your coffee". Most other location would remake your coffee again if you ask.

Very good coffee shop! Friendly staff and great service. They have the upside down coffee press to get better flavored blends. If you love coffee I highly recommend it. Only gripe is the parking... Coral Gables is hard to get a good spot if you are on the go. Better park next block and walk.

Have to say that 2 years ago the staff was much more friendlier and kinder, hate to say that when I went back they werent as friendly or personal with me as a customer. I didnt feel that at home vibe I was given the first time I visited 2 years ago.

Theres an extremely obnoxious guy there. Specifically hes snarky, hyper, and he projects his voice across the whole room all day with his rediculously innapropriate conversations. I dont need to describe his looks, youll know him when you hear him.

This Starbucks has steady foot traffic in the mornings. It can be noisy at times. Thankfully, the music is not so loud that it will add to the cacophony of the customers. Overall, its a good place to sit, have coffee, and get some light work done.

Really small Starbucks but the service was swift and excellent. I go to this place to relax, have a coffee, and use my tablet with the free WiFi. If you visit here, I recommend you try the mocha frappucino — super delicious!

This is a very popular spot in Coral Gables, right on the corner of Miracle Mile and Ponce de Leon boulevard. It does get very busy at times, though there is lots of seating inside and out, they can be all taken.
