My family and I went there yesterday (Sunday March 5th) to have brunch .... We ordered sliders to start (as an appetizer) And ordered our of the kids menu pancakes for my 2 YO... I have to be very honest about this place.... Everytime we have gone to this place.. the service is average but yesterday was pretty bad... By far the worst I think..... They brought our food (meals and appetizer) all together.... And to top it off.... My daughters pancakes were HARD!!! not sure if they were old re heated pancakes...Original they just tossed them inside the microwave for too late long.... I noticed about the pancakes right away. Cause I always check the temp of my daughters food before handing it to her.... And the waitress said right away w/o me saying a word "I can change them if u want" (this leaves me thinking maybe she knew the pancakes were not edible for a kid) So she took them back.... Took another 15 mins..... (My daughter was very hungry and I was staring to get upset.... Cause the service was just awful) I saw the plate came out... And the waitress just had the plate there chilling.... I went up to what appeared been the manager of the shift.... And asked her if those were my daughters pancakes? She asked the waitress and said "yes they are... But I am waiting for the side of banana".. to what I responded "just forget about that... Hand me the pancakes pls...My daughter is hungry".... So the lady handed to me the plate... (This time they were fresh) The lady that appeared to be the manager noticed me being upset... And pulled the young waitress to the side.... God knows what she told her.... After that... Our waitress seemed a bit more attentive..... See... What bothers me it is that I paid for my food... Every single dish... And every drink.... Yet... I get no apology.... And no "thank you"... Top it off w/ a very dirty environment..... I do not know how they have all these school kids lurking around while the floors look disgusting... And bathrooms are very dirty.... Not sure if these place is family owned or a franchise or what.... But it will be nice for the crew to be re-trained on proper customer service.... And for them to teach them to keep the place clean!

Acabo de salir de este sitio y la comida puedo decir estaba buena pero hubo algo que me incomodó mucho pues desde q entré hablé en español pq es mi lengua materna y la chica (Sofia) me respondía en ingles y así fue tdo el rato. Cdo vino con la carta de los postres pues yo había terminado de comer pero mi hijo no iba ni x la mitad, al no querer postre pues me preguntó si entonces me traía la cuenta? Me parece de muy mal gusto tdo, parecía que nos botaba del lugar. Estas cosas pasan pq igual les pagan sus salarios pase lo q pase y creo firmemente que cdo se trabaja de cara al público hay que ser mejor que eso y cuidar de los clientes. No creo q siempre el cliente tenga la razón, depende del hecho pero en este caso yo si la tengo ya que fui DESCRIMINADA!!!! Su deber era comunicarme de ser el caso ( que no lo creo) si no hablaba castellano pues comunicarlo y pedirle a otro compañero que x favor me atendiera.

I dont know what happened to this place. I never really write reviews but I was truly disappointed with this diner. I used to come to this place with my mom when I was younger, now 20, I went out with one of my friends to eat here. I was still expecting it to be great. I guess they changed owners and now its called something different. It clearly shows. We were served as normal but then it became clear that all the servers were little girls that had no clue what they were doing. Our server was with a group of friends at the bar area, with some guy was grabbing her butt. We sat with our plates finished waiting for her to stop "mingling" with her friends. Im pretty sure if I was running that place she wouldnt be working for me. While we were there I felt as if I was at a high school party. They had rap music playing through the speakers(I didnt mind but i felt bad for the parents with little kids). We werent the only people to feel uncomfortable, a man with his daughter walked it and sat down, 5 minutes later he went to the manager and said he was leaving. Manager didnt show any signs of disappointment. I just wanted to let everyone know my experience. Your welcome.

Second time Ive visited. Once was years ago before they had changed the name and i tried one of their hotdogs and it was just plain awful basic super market bought hotdog and cold bun. Second time I visited, (now Moonlite Diner) I order the grilled cheese with mashed potatoes. It literally looked and tasted like they had used Kraft Singles American cheese. The bread did not have butter, it was not toasted, and it was just hard white slices of bread. (no wonder the service was relatively fast) The mashed potatoes were so bland that I did not take another bite because It literally tasted of boiled potatoes and water. No other ingredients. Also, when we got to the table it wasnt even clean- the menus had food on it and we ended up paying an average price for low low quality food. it looks like they only hire young teenage girls which is pretty annoying because they dont seem serious or interested in serving you. They just put a smile to get tip. I dont ever write reviews, but honestly SAVE YOUR MONEY- Go to Bahama Breeze, On the Border, or Chilis and Macaroni Grill across the street.

I used to come to this place all the time when I was in high school and i liked it so I decided to go have a burger. When we walked in it smelled terrible like wet dirty mops. The waitress was nice. But management was terrible. The manager was in the kitchen and right before our food came out we saw her throw a handful of bacon on our fries with her bare hands which we didnt see her wash. Later we heard her yelling from the kitchen window and banging her hand against the counter to one of the waiters. The burger was dry and tasted like oil. And the onion rings tasted like old oil that hadnt been changed in a long time. I could barely finish my food and was disgusted towards the end of the meal. Will not be returning ever again.

We went here recently under the impression we could get some decent food for a fair price. After giving the waitress our order and waiting around 30 minutes, she came back to us and said, "Oh, Im sorry, I thought I put in your order but I forgot! Would you like some crackers?" When we finally got our food, the burger that my husband had ordered medium-rare was well done, and my BLT was barely edible (overly salty bacon, and barely any mayonnaise). We ended up eating only a few bites before we paid our bill and left. The price was outrageous as well, $6.99 for a BLT! My husbands poorly made mushroom and swiss burger was almost $9. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else!
