Ok,first let me start by saying that the guy Dani that was working there was absolutely great. I had to wait FORTY minutes for my food. Finally, I got my food (sweet and sour chicken). I always open boxes to make sure my order is right. Im glad I did this time as well. The vegetables I paid an extra dollar for were not in there. I told Dani, who went back to get them. He came back and told me they had run out of vegetables. Weird, but I wasnt too upset since he not only refunded my money, but gave me a $10 voucher to come back another time. So I was actually quite satisfied. I get home to finally chow down, and I have to be honest and say that this is THEE worst Asian food I have ever put in my mouth. Im not lying when I say that Ive had way better from a stand at the mall. It was sooo bland I literally had to add some seasoning. And even then, I could not finish my food. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because of the great customer service from Dani. Ill come back only because I have that voucher. Hopefully it will be better next time. If not, I will never return.

Good and fresh tasting Asian dishes from various cuisines. The lettuce wraps are a good choice. However, when dining in, I typically like to receive appetizers before my meal, and that never happens here. Also, the soda "computers" are great and offer a nice variety, but if you are thirsty, you may well need to wait behind several other customers who are trying to figure out how to use them. In all, though, a better option of fast food.

Weak sauce ! Why have a website to order if the actual store cant utilize it. Total fail on ordering food in advance to save time. 2nd time they dont have the order anywhere close to ready, or even have the items i ordered off the site. But they sure take my money fast. And then I get home and order is wrong , and the items are burned beyond eating. Burned fried chicken , burned egg rolls, no Soup.

Maybe it was just cause I didnt order the right thing but I wasnt too impressed with my tofu fried rice. Didnt have a lot of flavor, just seemed bland. When ya got Chipotle right next door I would just recommend doing that. However, they do have a lot of customization options and a decent sized menu so if Chinese food is your thing then you can probably find something youll like here

Dont know about anybody else but this is the second time Ive had to wait for my food and the second time I got A refund two times in a row first time was Eat in lunch took 45 minutes to get served had to finally take it to go now the second time I called in the order and they told me to be ready by 130 when I got there they said 20 to 25 minutes more terrible service.

This place is crowded most of the time. The parking lot it too tiny for the places that it serves. I always buy to take out and park on the 15 minutes parking (that some times are full with cars that stay for more than an hour...) despite the parking the place its good. Staff its always great and kind.

I go there al the time. Food is very good, but also the Service is amazing. I just had lunch there and I had to wait a little bit longer for my meal. Just as arrived, the manager came and gave me $20 gift card without even complain at all because the delay. Love this play and the staff is amazing.

Terrible 45min lunch wait, product-served was discolored, refrigerated and dried. Store Manager stated "...we had a bad batch of rice from the refrigerator"-- we then found plated food stored in the refrigerator uncovered. Poor practices in both sanitation and service, I would not return.

I eat here a lot and the food is really tasty! However, if you dont like legumes or soybean pods in your meal, be sure to ask specifically that they not include it. Also, the sushi is overpriced and not worth the price. Other than that, good place!

Ive no idea what a previous reviewer meant when he wrote "Forget about trying to place a take out order". My boyfriend and I order take out almost religiously on Friday evening... one of their busiest times. Pick up is quick in about 20 mins.

Came here yesterday with my wife and mother in law... I LOVE THIS PLACE... Mongolian plate and Pad Thai are SO DELICIOUS!... beside the ppl who work here they are so kind!.. I forgot the girl name... but she made us feel happy with the place

Great place, the staff are very friendly they always ask me how my food is or if o need anything. You feel like you are in a restaurant not a fast food chain. And the food is so good, try orange peel and pei wei spicy, so good.

We love Pei Wei and have eaten here several times when visiting Miami. Staff is super friendly, food is fresh and comes quick! They also have the cool Coca-Cola soda machine with hundreds of flavor combinations.

Love Pei Wei! The Kung Pao chicken with mixed heritage greens is the perfect meal for those that want the protein without carbs but still fulfilling. Delicious. Great service and friendly staff.

Worst Asian food ever. Pad Thai was horrendous. Kung Pau chicken wasnt even edible. Kids chicken was disgusting, they wouldnt even eat it. Just the worst.
