I have only been to FSD twice and both times were at the Monaca location. Their food is great, however their service and organization is subpar. When picking up food, the expected pick up time is fifteen minutes. Within that fifteen minutes I expect my food to be all there. My first time I wasnt given the ranch that comes with my meal or the extra ranch I requested. The second time I was charged for my drink but never received my drink. If I was picking up my own food I would have mentioned it was missing. Like I said, the food is good but they really do not do take out efficiently. Youd better take the time to eat inside if you plan on this business.

Was probably the worst dining experience me and my family have ever subjected ourselves to...the management talked to their employees like they were slaves...the food looked and tasted like it was prepared by amateurs... and to top it all off, the food was priced like it deserved something other than the trash can. If you would like to waste an hour of your time and your hard earned money, I would highly recommend eating at this dump.

Would love to try it out for dinner, as the chicken salads, meatloaf, turkey, etc. look really tasty, but not with them closing by 3. wed like to go before or after the movies or shopping, but thats always later. Not too many people eat dinner by 3. Thats a shame. I think theyre losing A LOT of business with those hours.

I love this diner. It has that perfect small diner, single establishment feel, but has the service consistency of a chain. I love this place and it is unironically my primary source of distress when I think about moving away some day

Great diner type food at reasonable prices, eat there on a regular basis. Only wish they stayed open past 3PM, but otherwise highly recommended
