This is the most disgusting place Ive ever been to. Upon entering the place it was scary quite (not one person inside) and smelled like cigarette smoke and mildew. I should have known not to order by the looks and smell of the place but stupidly went ahead and ordered. OMG. the food tasted like something synthetic... The thought of what there kitchen must look like as well as the idea of roaches made me noxious and made the decision to throw everything in the garbage. I wasted 17 dollars on one dinner and a soup... the only good decision I made tonight was that I threw it all away. If you like this restaurant then you have absolutely nooo idea what is good. I have never written a review before, but this made me so disgusted that this place is even allowed to stay open I had to warn you against it. This dump should be CLOSED DOWN by the city of North Miami!!!!!

I love Szechuan Chinese and I live in Texas where good Chinese is hard to find so I was really looking forward to this. A very sweet young lady brought us some wanton chips and tea as we sat down. Nobody was in there at 5pm, it stinks of cigarettes, the hygiene is nonexistent, the wanton chips they started us off with were stale (like they were sitting out for days), the tea tasted like chemicals, the cucumber salad came out swimming in and reeking of sesame oil (way too much), plus it was unpeeled cucs, haphazardly cut. It looked like a child had thrown it together. We decided to bail at that point so we could salvage our evening so I cant report on any mains. The boss guy clearly does not GAF about this restaurant. Do mankind a favor and do not go here and let it die.

I love their sweet and sour chicken! I normally order takeout and delivery (which is really fast unless its on the weekends) and I always receive my food hot. The delivery guy was nice and well manner so I tip them 20% most of the time. The Mongolian beef was wonderful and the lo mein without vegetables has become the first thing my kids order now. The price is reasonable and the portion is enough for even left overs! (Sometimes I wonder how they even make money with the amount they give) Will be ordering again and my son birthday is coming up soon so I might do catering with them as well. Hope this helps you guys

We came in and sat ourselves because the lady at the front was busy on the phone not that I mind seating myself. Once we sat down we were given tea and fried wontons which was awesome. We waited about 15 minutes for two glasses of water despite being one of the only two parties in the restaurant at the moment. We were served dirty water with insects inside floating around. The dumplings were not remarkable and neither was the fried rice. We ordered crispy duck expecting something much different than what we were given which was dry and completely crispless. Not considering returning.

First time I ordered from here it was excellent authentic Chinese food. Went downhill for the next several orders. Called about late delivered cold food, soggy and uncooked breading on bland chicken, fried rice not authentic its yellow Latin rice with scrambled eggs, wonton soup is clear tasteless broth with two tiny wontons, crab wonton filling got significantly smaller from tablespoon size to 1/4 teaspoon. They are definitely cutting corners on delivery. They offered $5 credit for an entire cold meal and said they serve American style Chinese food.

NEVER HEARD A RESTURANT FORGET TO DELIVER. BEWARE. I ordered food for delivery At 845 pm. 7/25/17. I was told it would take 45 min to arrive. one hour later I call back to find out that they forgot to make what I ordered and forgot to deliver. after one later no phone call nothing. The girl who took my order on the phone refused to give me her name. SAID ITS HER MANAGERS FAULT (MENG) meng the manager left her all alone and she dont know what to do. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS RETURANT !!!!!!

I have been searching for a good chinese restaurant for a good 2 years. I tried many places but it none of them can be compare to this one. I enjoy the variety of choices (They have a chinese menu that are not located in the regular english menu) and the service is great. They also have a delivery service (for a small 1.50 charge) which was reasonable to me. The Mongolian beef is delicious compare to the other places I tried. Try it and I promise you wont be disappointed.

I was slightly apprehensive before I purchased anything from these folks. I took into account the negative reviews and the positives and decided to go ahead and purchase a meal. Boy, was I in for a surprise. The rice was hard, not as in crispy, but hard as in it was not cooked thoroughly. The beef with broccoli was good, so not all hate, but the rice was hard and relatively crunchy.

This mom and pop restaurant is quite pricey and for the value is not worth it for me. The service was lacking and we had to keep asking for anything and everything. I feel sorry for the review since it is a mom and pop shop, but I felt ripped off as far as service, value and quality. The food was just OK and Im Chinese too, so I know the authenticity.

This place is a horrible, horrid mess! There are roaches and rats in the kitchen, and the cooks dont use gloves, and stick their arms into the rib sauces. This was all on 7 News and theyre food is terrible, I wouldnt want roach dropping in my food, and rodents, where its being prepared, just terrible!

Well to be honest I wouldnt say this is the best place to find Chinese food. Lots of friends told me that its now much better since they change the management last year. The price is lil bit high considering the giving portion of food. I come here occasionally to have meals.

LOUSY AND UNREMARKABLE. HOWEVER, IT DELIVERS LATE AT NIGHT AND I SOMETIMES DO ORDER FROM THERE CRAB RANGOONS. OTHERWISE, I HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO THROW AWAY ENTIRE ENTREES AND GONE OUT TO MACDONALDS AND I AM NOT A PICKY EATER. THREE THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered food at this nasty restaurant and I found hair and cigarette ashes in my fried rice. Yes you read it correctly people, cigarette ashes and hair, the health inspectors should shut that restaurant down. They are some extremely nasty Chinese people.

I have lived here for 10 years and I always choose Empire! Theyre pepper steak and general tso chicken are always excellent. Theyre a family run restaurant and not a corporation so they treat you like an individual and they always work towards your favor.

Good place can meet with friend enjoy free time. Food is delicious. The smile of the girl who serve is sweet. Boiled fish is my favorite dish!!! Lobster is also good!!! All in all, I am very willing to recommend this restaurant to my friends.
