I visited this hooters on 10/30/2016 and my servers name was Jessica M. She greeted my friends and I, and seemed like a sweet person. She was not attentive to our table at all. My friends had to yell "Jessica!" Various times to TRY to get her attention as she was distracted with her cell phone and talking to co workers. She literally passed by our table 3 times without offering any refills on drinks, or bringing us extra plates to dispose of our bones from our wings. My friends had to use napkins to place the bones from our wings. Maybe because it was around closing time no one wanted the extra work of washing dishes, im not sure. Instead of complaining and speaking with a manager my friends and I decided to not tip her. As we were leaving the hooters location Jessica yells out loud "you cheap ASSHOLES!" Twice. The disrespect was unbelievable. The manager didnt even come to us to apologize or anything. I will NEVER return to this hooters again and Ive already complained to corporate. I never go out of my way to make a complaint on servers BUT to yell "you cheap assholes!" Because YOU didnt do your job and received no tip???? Maybe you should think next time and PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR NEEDS!

Disgusting. At our initial arrival we were not addressed, we were not told that we had to add our names to a list, so we were stuck behind a crowd until someone was nice enough to tell us we had to add our names to the list; a customer, not an employee. Once our names were added we were told that it would take about 15 minutes to be seated. After 15 minutes of waiting we viewed other patrons being seated, who came in after us. Asking the waitress at the front, behind the podium, why our names werent being called she told me that these people were here before, which was a lie. She advised that we would be next to be called, but again we were not being called as other groups of people were seated before us. This place is unprofessional, poorly managed and has unqualified servers. Do not eat here!! Save your money and your time and go elsewhere.

My husband and i had a day out together. While our 2 kids were with grandma and grandpa trying to relax and eat somewhere we dont usually eat. Hooters gave us a horrible experience !!! the girl in the front saw us we asked her for a seat for 2 people she said they dont have any, then we asked ok how long the wait was and she said she couldnt tell us that. Then we asked ok can we sit in any other empty table which they had like 6 around us the bar was full cause we tried sitting there. Then we come back to ask again ok so you guys cant tell us how ling we would wait then she rudely said No!! Rolled her eyes and we said ok so you guys right now cant attend or sit a couple of 2 she said no we cant. So we left cause we couldnt or werent aloud to eat at Hooters according to their ride hostes.

El sitio es sucio, huele a sucio, como las personas que trabajan hay no se dan cuenta, la iluminacion es mala tambien, el sevicio malo, es falta de administrador, nos fuimos a otro hooters por pines que queda mas lejos, pero esta super el ambiente, el aseo, el servicio, nos atendio una chica olivia super amable, se ve la presencia del administrador y el equipo de trabajo

Stopped in on a Friday evening. After having two servers tell us they were going to look for a table and forget about us, we were finally seated. We again waited for service for about 20 mins. Asked the server at the table next to us for assistance and again waited for another 10 mins. We were seen by 4 separate servers but never actually served. On the way out, we told the older male manager about the situation but I hardly got a comment out before he turned his back and went on with whatever "work" was keeping him busy. I actually work know the industry, so Im pretty understanding of busy nights. This was ridiculous. The manager at the end was just the cherry on top. A shame that theres such poor management in such a nice location.

Its funny that Bill H. says that he thinks it is odd that you have to wear shoes and shirt in a restaurant, well yes you are on the beach, but no one wants to see nasty guys full of hair sittin at a table downing wings. Girls are not required to wear shirts there but actually all those fat girls should since no one wants to see that either. This place is an awesome place to have some wings or a burger and the service shouldnt be expected to be off the charts, this isnt fine dining, the girls that are the nicest and best people to take care of you are, Sara, Joey, Francesca, or Lena. They have always taken care of me well and my food never comes out wrong or cold or without sauce.

I travel a lot for my job and I usually like the atmosphere and food at hooters when Im on the road. This was the WORST one Ive been to, ever. The hostess and my waitress were both rude and apathetic. Ordered hot wings. They were served with no sauce at all. I dont like to send food back, so I asked for a little sauce to dip it in. She came back with about one ounce of some dark sauce and I quote "I asked for hot sauce, this is what they gave me." Totally unapologetic and made no attempt to give anything near good service. This restaurant is a disgrace to a great brand.

If you want cleavage come here. If you want fresh food at a decent price go elsewhere. My seafood was very poor. My blue cheese dressing for my salad was so watered down that I had to ask for a second one. They charged me extra for another small plastic container of dressing. ( My server was decent I gave her 16% because the food was not her fault.) With the number of stores in their chain obviously the ruse of cute waitresses and poor food is working for them. To quote the rock band " The Who"....." wont be fooled again". Im spending my hard earned $$ elsewhere.

I didnt have a good experience I used to love to come here but they said to me to wait 25 minutes it took 1 hour and 1/2 . The person that was sitting people were really rude and disrespectful they are not professional at all and they suck at what they do. I believe they were the manager that was at night he was rude and really disrespectful. I will not want to come here next time honestly I dont recomend the place. Honestly some places need to hire people that are polite and nice not rude.

Well what can I say, hooters is hooters ^^ You dont really go there for the food, you go there for the girls (if you like girls) and for the nice atmosphere. The place is located on the upper floor with a good view over the beach if you can get a good seat that is. A perfect place to chill during lunch or before dinner with a drink or two and hook up with some friendly people. So short story: Mediocre food, cute and friendly hooter girls, excellent drinks and a very good location.
