If you want to taste authentic Peruvian Chinese cuisine do yourself a favor and visit this place. Its not a fancy place by any means but its what every a great hole in the wall should be...One of a kind, loved by locals, and serving authentic and delicious food. They only have 4 servers for the busy weekend but they know how to balance the customers. The servers themselves are friendly, knowledgeable and will answer questions about the menu no problem. They speak English, Spanish, and some even Chinese! The food doesnt take long to come out since most is wok stir-fried. Unlike standard American Chinese food (which is also available but why buy that) the food prices are higher but wayyyyy worth it. If you do want a deal they have a family menu that will serve way more people than advertised and they have many deals to choose from that come with soup, rice, entrees, and drinks. My picks from the entrees: Chicken Chi Jua Kay - if you like a dish with more protein and less veggies this would be it. Theres some snow peas, but its mainly thigh meat chicken smothered in a delicious gravy like sauce, very unique and delicious. Any meat "Tausi" style, my favorite is the Beef Tausi - Meat with mixed vegetables in an oyster type sauce with special Tausi black beans which give an amazing flavor Roast pork in garlic sauce - slices of roast pork with mixed veggies in a garlicky salty sauce Appetizers: Fried wontons with meat - not the standard type. Fresh out of the fryer they almost taste like crunchy elephant ear pastries and they come with house made tamarind sauce (sweet and sour) Chicharon de Pollo - crunchy chicken pieces that come with lemon juice sauce and pickled turnips Soups: Sopa Wantan - Wonton soup with thick pieces of roast pork, chicken, bok-choy, scallions, and pork wontons. This soup has amazing flavor. Only thing, there are a few pieces of ginger in the soup you should avoid eating since they are strong and only added for flavor. Soy Kao - This soup is filled to the brim with shrimp and pork dumplings, soft noodles, scallions, and leafy greens. Fried Rice - All the fried rice is amazing!!! If I had to pick, beef or special fried rice are the best options. To finish, eat here if you want flavorful large portions of food that are loaded with culture.

I think they tried to cheat us on the pricing. They charged us 8 dollars on the steamed rice without telling us and charged 3 dollars on the boiled water. Yes they listed the price of the steamed rice on their menu and we didnt notice that, but this is too rare and we did not order that. They added the gratitude themselves. This is fine, because we have six people. But it is not shown at all on the receipt. The receipt tried to induce us to give an additional amount. After a long argument, they refunded us the rice and water, but its really an unpleasant experience. I dont recommend this place, because my experience makes me feel skeptical about their overall behaviors. If you really want to go to this restaurant, be careful about all the things I mentioned above.

Gracias

If youre looking for authentic Peruvian Chifa, look no further!! Chifa Du Kang has the best menu and the food is always on point. I drive all the way from North Miami Beach to eat here with family and friends so that should say a lot. This is my favorite restaurant, friendly people and amazing food. Make sure to try the wonton soup and the chi jai Kay chicken, it is so bomb

Customer service was good. Food was alright, a little bit salty. But it seemed understaffed at the time. All the tables kind of close together and yet to be cleaned up.

Either you like this food or you dont. My in-laws do, I dont. Parking is horrible, as expected in this city.
