Porq no puedo poner 0 estrella??? Es que 1 es mucha.. he tenido la experiencia mas horrible en este restaurante despues de vivir 17 años en este pais la primera vez que hiba porque mi amiga quiso ir ahi, mi cuenta fue de 120$ que por cierto esos 120$ ellos mismos se pusieron la propina 37$ sin yo aceptar que fuera haci, pero eso no fue el motivo de la experiencia tan horrible q tube yo pago por calidad no por cantidad me he comido platos de 100$ y si es bueno no me quejo me encanta comer bien y me emcanta el marisco por eso mi amiga me llevo ahí.. el problema q tube fue con 1 de mis tarjetas q no paso salio decline sin motivo porq tenia suficiente dinero lo que paso fue que el banco penso que el lugar donde estaba pagando no era safety y me la blokiaron pero yo llamé y me explicaron que paso, el problema vino despues me trataron como una ladrona como lo peor por mi tarjeta salir decline cosa q culpa mia no fue me sentí pesimamente mal.. cuando quise bajar abajo para ir al ATM pensaron hata que me hiba ir sin pagar me cayeron atras cuando yo deje a mi hijo y a mi familia esperando.. bueno al final de todo pague en cash y cuando baje abajo mi tarjeta paso super bien en el ATM. Aun no entiendo que paso pero cuando quise hablar con el manager era lo peor y baja clase que he podido conocer en persona, la chusma mas chusma que hay en toda cuba y ojo yo tamb soy cubana pero ESO es lo peor que tiene cuba, un falta de respeto le enseñe hasta mi cuenta para que dejara de hablar mierda, y ofendiendome que si las 3 mimosas que por cierto era jugo de naranja me habian hecho efecto, bueno lo peor de lo peor sin hablar de la comida..

I had visited the CasaBlanca Riverside and Expected the same great food and same great service. The staff, though friendly and genuine, was inexperience. All I can say about the food is it did not live up to the expectations of their other restaurant. We asked the waiter to make sure that no meat other than fish was in our food when we ordered and to warn us if anyone from our group did. We ordered a dish for the table and one to go. When the dish arrived, there was a complication, there was sausage in the dish, and asked the restaurant to remake the dish and to do the same to our "to go" order. Instead we were brought our "to go" order with the "correction" and was told that they have added some extra for the inconvenience. They did NOT remake our order nor did they bring it to the table for us to eat. It seems that they were in a hurry to get us out. This all seemed very suspicious because this dish took over half an hour to make, but they were somehow able to add* extra in the ten minutes from when we told them to remake the dish. We asked to see the manager, instead we kept getting the waiter. The manager did not want anything to do with us. At the same time a couple who ordered at a table adjacent to ours were also disappointed with their meal and told the staff to take it back; I am assuming they did not come up with an agreement, they got up and left without paying. When we reached our home, we opened the Togo meal, it did not have sausage, but after warming it up, the smell of sausage was very distinct. We figured they took what we sent back to be remade, removed the sausage only to add it to the Togo box. This was a TERRIBLE experience. The management needs to be considerate to the customers, the food quality was non existent, and the price for the experience was too high. The place was nearly empty in a great location on a holiday weekend. I do not see it staying open in the future. I will never recommend this CasaBlanca nor will I return.

While in Miami for the football game we decided to stay at the doubletree which was a great experience. After the game we were in the mood for seafood and decided to give the restaurant a try since it was in the hotel. The hostess at the door was pleasant and seated us outside per our request. Our server was friendly when taking our order. We ordered oysters but to no avail as they had run out. My fiance ordered Mahi and I ordered the tuna steak. After 45 minutes (with a mostly empty restaurant) we received our food. My fiancés Mahi was cold to the touch and had a taste unlike any Mahi we had ever tasted before. The mashed potatoes were cold, and the grilled vegetables that were supposed to accompany the entree were nowhere to be found. My tuna steak was cooked to order but alas my mashed was cold and no grilled veggies once again. Both entrees were ordered with a choice of sauce which was lemon butter. The lemon butter sauce was simply melted butter. It had the appearance of taking a stick of butter and microwaving it. Not clarified, no lemon, and definitely not a sauce. Upon telling our server our dissatisfaction, he grumbled in Spanish and got a manager to come over. The manager was of no help and seemed disinterested. He said he wouldnt charge us for the entrees because we didnt touch them. Gee, thanks a bunch pal. The server and manager went to the side and were talking in Spanish which I understand very well. Instead of complaining about the "meal" you just served and talking down about a patron, may I suggest fixing your kitchen problems and being somewhat apologetic for a bad experience. Its a great location, it just needs service, direction, and quality control on the kitchen line. We left hungry and went downstairs to Primo. 180 degree spin on our night. I would highly recommend this little gem downstairs.

"A lot of expectations" since I am a long time customer of casablanca on the Miami river enjoying like I would say to my mind getting spoiled with warm fast service. Now i wanted to take my lady out for the frist time to casablanca on the bay and was highly recommended by my girl friends coworker and to say to mention his name so now for the frist time I am here writing a review how I was not happy with service we ask for bread and famous fish spread we thought they forgot us, tables was set up with flowers except ours and the when the fish Sandwich was served,it looks like it was put back in the oven to warm up and they forgot to take the tomatoes,lettuce,small salad and was cooked as well strangely fish was hard they offered to take it back but we were famished I was ready to walk out the door if I would have to return the plate so I had to eat!!! So I told them to replace all of salad finally the mismatch was the dining experience "WE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ALL DAY" To realize that we for the frist time getting Groupon discount to feel better for what we did is going to wrong place trying to make my Sunday pleasant with the beautiful view that this place has to offer run the cameras laz we were sitting in the corner inside proof is in the pudding I hope you read this a beautiful place you have there but I will be back to the river were in will enjoy the service there again.
