La verdad no soy de escribir comentarios pero tengo que dar la queja de lo que me paso con este sitio y la gente que tiene manejando el lugar, es increíble que fuera por una promoción de Groupon la cual consistía de 23 por 40 algo así. Fui con mi familia en mi cumpleaños por error no vimos que no se podía usar el Sábado, en consecuencia pagamos la cuenta, lo cual se habló con la mesera nos explicó que la podíamos usar Lunes a Viernes sin ningún problema, le explicamos que mi primo que vivía en otro estado era el dueño del Groupon , ella nos dijo que no había problema que solo con el # del Boucher estaba bien. Ayer por fin fue a utilizarlo lo cual me encuentro que no se podía para llevar, le explico a la persona encargada la cual acepta no de muy buena manera , y después les explico que el Groupon no era mío que solo tenía el código que era de mi primo. El señor este que se hace llamar manager pareciera que no tiene ni idea que es lo que se llama servicio al cliente , me empezó a cuestionarme y a decirme que si ese número no era verdadero y que estaba violando todas reglamentación de Groupon, hablándome de una manera déspota y como si yo me hubiera robado algo. Señores de Gran Inca creo que les falta muchisimo para saber que el cliente siempre tiene la razon y ustedes necesitan hacer todo lo que este en su disposicion en complacer a sus clientes, no se cual era el problema de ese individuo , que le falto nada por insultarme , le digo que mejor le digo a Groupon que me devuelva la plata y me dice de una manera super despota pues hagalo que se la devuelvan . El prefirio perder uan venta ademas de ganar mala reputacion por una persona ofendida por el trato. De verdad me desepciono completamente este sitio, que la primera vez que fui me parecio genial por la comida, pero creanlo que con esta experiencia no lo recomiendo a nadie ir a pasar un mal rato a este sitio .

Increible llegar a este lugar y la atencion no es nada buena lo digo con propiedad...Mi esposo y yo pedimos la yuca frita como appetizer, estaba gruda y luego pedimos la jalea mixta como para dos y no sabia a nada, de paso refrita...que triste y de paso que los precios son muy altos para la calidad de comida, de paso hoy con malestar estomacal...esa es nuestra realidad...

La comida es buena pero es demasiado caro, aparte de q los duenos tienen la actitud mas mala del mundo todabia no saben lo q es servicio al cliente. quien a visto de q tienen especial de almuerzo y te obligan a comer ahi sino t cobran el doble, too bad especial for peaple like us, im a hotel comcierge and i will never recomend your place......

This restaurant is the definition of mediocrity. The food took 45 minutes to be served. On top of that, the food was absolutely mediocre. One dish, "pulpo al olivo," was overcooked, chewy, had too much mayonnaise(to mask the flavor of the seafood), and was overall inedible. The "pescado a lo macho" came cold and had no flavor. It was also very overpriced, 100$ for 4 dishes. They also tried sneaking in an included 18% gratuity for food that was terrible and took 45 minutes to be served. This restaurant is worthy of 0 stars. DO NOT COME HERE please, its only rewarding the mediocre food scene in Miami to continue.

I go here a lot and after my last three visits, I feel I have to downgrade them due to their service. I am not quite sure what is happening here, but their service has plummeted considerably. They waiters seem tired, disinterested, and all around puss faced. The food is still good, but last time I was there I actually left because I couldnt take the servers sad, depressing, lackadaisical attitude. There are about 3 other good restaurants in that shopping center which is where I will go from now in.

Best ceviche ever. Wait staff was very nice. As for environment, most of the restaurants in Key Biscayne are located in strip malls except for the few that are located near water, as a result outside seating faces a parking lot. The restaurant interior is sleek and well designed so it masks the outside parking lot view extremely well. We chose to sit outside and quickly got past sitting next to parking cars because the food is that delicious.

Our family of four stopped here with a groupon. We had appetizer yucca w cheese, two good pisco sours & cusquena beer. Main course was 2 chicken chaufa rice, salmon ravioli& pork risotto then finished it w good cold Lucuma fruit dessert all for $151. Good, quick service.

TOO EXPENSIVE! I ordered one dish to share but it was so small, it wasnt enough for a 100lb girl (me). $30 dollars for one appetizer! The ceviche was AWFUL, big chunks of meat and no taste.
