Horrible!! Mi amigo y yo estuvimos un día con vómito y diarrea por comer bistec en mal estado. El pasado martes 7 de marzo compre 2 panes con bistec con doble carne para un amigo y para mi. Solo comí un pedazo porque la carne parecía que la habían lavado con agua, no sabía a nada. De todas formas, al día sígueme estábamos enfermo. De pensar en ese sabor todavía siento asco. JAMÁS IRÉ A ESE LUGAR OTRA VEZ Y NO LO RECOMIENDO. SON UNOS INCONSCIENTES E IRRESPONSABLES!!!!!

I live in Sunny Isles and order frequently from your Skylake location for the past year and have told many other people about you..I pass two other Cuban restaurants to go to you..so Im pretty loyal.never had a problem the food is great the staff is always nice....the only real comments i have to mention is your desserts are pedestrian.....im sure there are other vendors (my family was in the restaurant business in CA for many years owning a Cuban restaurant, so a I know little bit)...why are you charging $1.99 for apiece of bread if want I one with a bowl?.....WISH YOU HAD DELIVERY......you have a great business plan.... as long as your food stays the same or better,..you will always be successful.. dont mess with success.....i can envision this being a huge franchise operation in the not too distant future.......... I wish you all the best, GUYS !

I place an order on uber eats. so my order gets here and im only given a sandwich with no drink so I ask the driver he tells me nothing was given he has another order so he has to go to call the restaurant and deal with them....sooooo I call the restaurant and I tell the girl my drink is missing she simple replies "okay?" I ask her if I can get a refund for the drink she passes me to the chef and in Spanish I can hear her calling me a few things...I ask him to put the manager on...but wait the manager was the girl previously on the phone they tell me they told the driver to take the drink and he just stormed out. The entire time the restaurant manager is talking bad about me to the chef this is terrible customer service and attention from the driver. Her name is Kiara if you see her shes a real charm -.-

Horrible food. This is not CUBAN FOOD. My first time going i bought rice, beans and streak, its was horrible and my steak was chopped up into little pieces as if it was shredded. The plantains were DISGUSTING, i brought home the left overs and my daughter spit it out of how nasty it was. Today I went just to give it another try and try something new and once again i was not happy! I think theyre trying to save more money then to satisfy a customer like an actually Cuban restaurant would. I would not recommend to eat here to anyone! not even to just give it a try!

This is the first time I visited a Cuban Guys. I chose the Cuban steak bowl and it was a terrible decision. The reason why was because u could see the actual seasoning fresh on the steak. It was sooooooo strongly seasoned all I can taste now in my palate is pure seasoning. It was highly priced for a bowl that size and non-satisfying. The price was about 7 dollars and change. I left not desiring to come back. To their favor, it is a clean facility and that surely says a lot about the maintenance of the place.

Arrived at 8:55 PM and I was turned away. It says they are open until 10 PM online but there were no hours of operation on their door or their take away menus. So, I guess they just do whatever they want at the inconvenience of their guests. Besides the quality and service at this location is far inferior to that of the Hialeah location. The one time we did eat here it was a long wait for a couple of fritas and after another long wait they couldnt even manage to make a proper cuban coffee.

We purchased a coupon through Groupon for this restaurant. The coupon says 9$ for worth of 15$. That means we paid 9$ in app and in the restaurant we can order any thing up to 15$. But we do not have to use full of 15$. The guy who does not have hair wanted us to complete order 15$. There is no rule in Groupon like this. I paid 9$ for 15$ and I should be able to use under 15$. I ordered many things to complete 15$. Just for one cent (14.99$), he wanted me to buy one more thing.

This is the second time I lunch at this Cuban Guys location. I ordered a chicken sandwich with everything and it was very good. It tasted fresh. The tomato and the lettuce was fresh, the chicken was not over seasoned and the bread was just right. It is something that you would want to order again. The owner of this place truly seeks to provide excellent customer service and makes an effort to satisfy the customer. Which is what gives it the extra touch. Thank you very much!

We had our holiday party at the office yesterday, and decided to order a tray of the Vaca Frita from Cuban Guys. Besides being a terrific deal, the entire order/pickup experience was a delight. Everyone was professional and nice. I gave them a time, and the order was hot and ready to go. It was absolutely delicious and everyone raved. Keep up the high standards and keep making that delicious food. I/we will be back for more.

Went here with a Groupon I purchased. I was not allowed to use the expired Groupon despite it still having its face value. I was really looking forward to this joint but it fell way short. I didnt feel that the food had authentic flavor so the overall experience was just ok. The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly enough. It also felt like the heater was on.

Horrible, specially if you use the Groupon. Once you get to $15 worth in food they keep asking to buy more because the "system" doesnt allow it, make sure you check your order, my take out was all wrong, they didnt get one thing right, even the extra stuff they made me buy to allow my purchase. Super greasy, all my bag was full of grease, napkins, straws, etc.

I had never had such an experience with food before.. these people have no idea how to make a sandwich to order .. Nevertheless follow an instructed order..Their meat (pork) was very very low grade . The guy offered to remake it but I got so disgusted from the first one that I just asked for my money back...

This restaurant is far more the best ive had in such a long time. My steak sandwich was full of flavor and not like any gas station steak sandwich. The staff was polite and even taught me how to order my "Pan Con Bistec". I rate this place with all 5 stars and wish I could give it 90 more.
