This place looks pretty cool and the staff is friendly, but the food is terrible. It is actually suprising that the food is as bad as it is. The menu reads well but that is where it ends. We had some of their sushi roll appetizers that had less tuna in them than any sushi roll I have ever seen before. That, and it did not taste good. The rice was undercooked and the fish was a little smelly. I had the $50 lobster entree that smelled like the lobster had sat in the sun for 2 days before they decided to cook it. I could not eat more than a couple of bites. It was clearly bad. And all of this for just over $400 for 4 people. We were visiting this restaurant from out of town and when I returned home I emailed them about my experience, leaving them with my phone number to discuss if they wished. I never received a response. Trust me, dont eat here. If you want a better meal, go to Dennys.

This review is for management only. The food was great and so was our server. Ive been to this restaurant a few times before and sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed the view. When I saw it on travel zoo I didnt hesitate to buy. When we got there (5/13/16 8 pm) we were seated outside and given menus. However, as soon as I mentioned travelzoo, we were told we cannot sit on the terrace anymore and travel zoo menu is only served inside. I asked for the manager and explained that I was pregnant and it was uncomfortably cold inside due to A/C. The manager refused to accommodate even after we begged to make an exception. I work in service industry and know how far I would be willing to go to accommodate my patients. This guy had no clue of good management or customer satisfaction.

All was perfect. The waiter was very attentive and friendly all the time. He suggested me to change my main course selection for another fish because would be better option and he was totally right. We ordered Tuna Tartare, Lobster Salad and Oysters as entrees, then we ordered the Grilled Swordfish, the lamb and the snapper fish as main courses. For dessert we ordered the warm chocolate cake and the coffee with three dessert samples. The pistachios and olive oil cake was perfectly amazing.

I came for nothing. This place is really desapointing because I went for an specific offert (3 course lunch) before coming I confirm by phone that it was available on Saturdays. When I arrived the offert wasnt available. Crappy Menu with small letter restrictions at the bottom.
