We got there and the outside guy told us to come back in 25 mins without writing our names or phone. He did write the manes and phone numbers of people in front of us. We waited right next to him and a guy came to say hi to him and told him that he will be please if he he can pass them asap. Right after he told us that he had a table for us. No one came to takes us to the available table, not a waiter or the front guy. We waited for someone for service for about 15-20 mins. We saw a waiter in our area asking the couple that sat right after us, so we expected to come to us right after but it did not happen. We decided to call one of the waiters passing by us. He told us that he will find the waiter for that area and then after another couple of minutes he told us that he will be serving us. He was courteous and attentive. He is the only one that made us not to leave right away. I believe customers should have patience but customers are the priority in a business were customers are the #1 priority. Restaurants should train all the personnel. This was at Doral City Place. I saw the reviews after the incident and I found out the same kind of review with another customer.

Came here on a Saturday night, it was busy but we were quickly seated. The staff is very friendly, the manager and owner even came by our table to see how everything was. The food came out quickly, exactly how we ordered it. The experience was about as perfect as a it can be. Our server Rebecca was outstanding, so friendly and knowledgeable, her recommendations were spot on. The skirt steak and pizza are very good, mouth watering good. I would highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back.

We wait for about 10 minutes and noboby came to greet us. Finally somebody in the kitchen notice that we need help and he sent someone to help us. This guy (no the waitress)came and asked us if we need help and we said yes. He went and talk to a couple of waitress to tell them that we were waiting and it seem that they didnt care cause we wait for 5 more minutes and nobody came to help us. So we decided to leave the restaurant. Very disappointed with the service!!

La atención y la comida muy buena, probamos la lasagna , el salmón y la berenjena todo muy bueno el tamaño de la comida es grande. Nuestro mesero Emilio nos atendió muy bien y nos dio buena recomendación.

Cold food I ordered for lunch, told them pickup at 1215. 1219 I was there picking up food, pizza was stiff cold. .. They were totally confused on the special, have one day not the other, run out of utensils, run out of to go soup Tupperware, ran out of Lasagna on a Sunday at 3pm....Not managed very well.... 3 times I have gone 3 times a mess...But on the flip side, the minestrone soup is amazing and the pizza is yummy

New Place, substandard service, untrained personnel, salt and pepper on the table! dishes came supper salty ( I guess chef is in love) , waiter took the liberty to add undeserved gratuity, after I left !!!!!! buyer be aware It is not a practice a restaurant owner would want specifically when clientele is based locals !!! food is basic standard nothing to write home about. I have had my share to this place.

i am a vegetarian and is hard to find menus that offer choices about it. Talking to manager Mariela and Allen who was the waiter, i could change a plate from Angelos menu and get a delicious and satisfying dish. Angelo has a great executive as well as family environment for anyoness enjoyment and the customer service is EXCELLENT. i recommend it. Good job! Keep going, guys!

This place is simply delicious. The staff was beyond accommodating and very friendly. I had the Magherita pizza which was just perfect. The dough was really light and toasted to perfection. My friends had the Salsa Verde skirt steal and could not out their forks down. I will definitely be coming back. Also the GELATO was beyond delicious!!!

In my opinion, the service was horrible. It took about 15 minutes for the server to even greet our table. Also, my order was completely mistaken and took a while to come. The food was also kind of cold, as though it had been sitting there for a while.

When with some friends on Saturday horrible service it took them 45 minutes to get an appetizer, I had to speak to someone to let them know about the delay. They never brought us bread to the table, beer was hot !will never actually go here again.

Slow and confuse service in a Sunday night and the place was not even 40% occupied as an excuse. Average pizza, nothing special. Unfortunately the complimentary dessert did not compensate the cumbersome service.
