Terrible service. Giovanna working the outside bar could have cared less that I was there. I had to wait for her to text someone to get waited on, she took my order without saying anything but repeating it back, no greeting, no smile. My food was delivered by an equally grumpy waitress who dropped it off with a sour face and not a word, like "enjoy", nothing. I asked my waitress for blue cheese, she blew me off, had to stop the other grumpy one that brought my food. After quite a delay she brought it. No celery, no follow up to see if I was OK or needed more tea. The waitresses at the door looked like they were at a funeral. They didnt greet customers coming in, didnt say goodbye and none of them smiled or opened the door. The wings were over cooked and Im not sure what that goo they put on them was, sure wasnt hot wing sauce. Im not sure they could have brought a smaller container of blue cheese. Over all, a horrible experience, the worst food and service I have had in a long time. Again, the waitresses acted like they were at a funeral. Total disappointment. Waste of time and money.

La verdad las chicas no son muy amables se creen mucha cosa por que estan tenidas de rubio esas tintas que se compran en farmacia navarro son super antipaticas total mente groseras y muy mala educacion si no les gusta el trabajo que se pongan a trabajar de cuidando chicos o de limpiadoras de casas la verdad no voy nunca mas la verdad que nada que ver con este restorant en miami como lo que estan mas al norte de esta misma corp es lamentable la verdad tendrian que tratar de cambiar a las chicas o hablar con ellas para que cambien de actitud

AHI NO REGRESO JAMAS!!! Celebre mi bachelorette party con mi familia y amigos en ese lugar. Y 4 de mis invitados eran menores de edad y no estaban bebiendo y le dijeron que si consumian tenian que irse y se fueron. Las ordenes tardaron un mundo. Mal servicio. Quise mover de mesa a otros de mis invitados y no me lo permitian pk segun las meseras cada mesa tenia su server. Eramos como 20 personas y no me dejaron reservar dias antes para q todos estuvieramos en una misma mesa. En fin... No lo recomiendo

No tengo ni idea de como alguien pueda dar 5 estrellas, es el peor servicio que he visto, las meseras están perdidas, muchas creo que confunden su trabajo con el de un strip club, se la pasan de hombre en hombre, más de media hora para que te atiendan, la comida fría, el manager anda en cualquier relajo con las meseras, le vas a hablar y te ignora con tremenda mala forma, y no solo a mi, a todo el que estaba alrededor.

Shocking customer the innkeeper who checked me does not have an education degree. Try talking to MANAGER nor I was treated. The worst experience I ever had. La peor experiencia que he tenido con la atención para el cliente. No recomiendo para nada este sitio. La señorita que me atendió no tiene educación.

We were seated in an awkward seat in the corner. The waitress didnt give us the time of day. She came back 3 times the whole meal. I ordered a medium rare burger but it came well done. My fries were HELLA SALTY. Even my friend who adds salt to his mcdonalds fries said it was salty. Its always a terrible experience when we come here. The foods not that great yet its more expensive than other places. I enjoy sports grill a lot more and youll find me there.

Servicio aceptable. Támara muy atenta. Crab legs sin cubiertos adecuados. Ostras no muy frescas, quizás congeladas. Comida y cerveza, se sirve rápido. Postre excesivamente pequeño. Falta ambiente.

Listen, its a hooters. You do not come here for food. The point is to have a scantily clad hot chick come to your table and pretend she likes you. Here the attitude sucks, the women look bored and all hang out at their own table on either end of the restaurant. Seriously there are 5 bored chicks at a table far away. Good luck getting refills. And when they do come, its like they blame you for needing something.

I went to this hooters with my family and was very dissapointed. The service was horrible, my waitress (Sandra) was very disrespectful and attended us poorly. She brought us $70 change in 5s and 1s thinking wed leave her a 20 dollar tip for her bad service. We left her a decent tip and she came back demading more money. So direspectful and insulting to do such a thing infront of friends and family.

Horrible service, made up by decent food. Last time I was here, the waitress literally make no eye contact and just throw good on our table. I order a sandwich with a side of mayo, my sandwich came out, 15 min later she toss some mayo on the table, after I done ate the sandwich 5 min earlier. The food is decent though, we had the Philly cheesesteak and the Buffalo shrimp which were both good.

We ordered some wings to go the waitress seemed ok not great. They also charged for ranch dressing what in the world who does that when you ordered $50 worth wings!!! the ambience was awful a drunk guy all over the parking lot who kept coming in and out talking to every girl he seen. Id give it less stars but the wings were edible but also not great some were over cooked!

The location is perfect, if youre traveling near the airport, the facility is clean. But my service wasnt good at all. My waitress forgot parts of our order, and tried to send out my appetizer with my meal.She was rude, showed no empathy, and we even waited over 5min just for our tab.

Place is awesome and the food is amazing. Best ranch dressing ever made. 911 sauce is the bomb. Maryann behind the bar is very accommodating, and pays very special attention to all my wants and needs. Now all i need is a good start to new Dolphins season. GO FINS!!!☝️

The bartender named Alina was awesome at making my drinks and very helpful. The chicken wings I cant ea t because the grease makes me sick, but I do love ordering hamburgers from this place and by far for me it has one of the best hamburgers in Miami for me.
