I stopped at Bonefish Grill tonight to get a kobe burger to go, picked up a to go menu and read the price as $8.90. When the order was ready, I was told that it was an additional $3, because it was dinnertime. Thats $3 extra for the same exact item of exactly the same size that is served at lunch. The manager mumbled something about how cheese is added into the evening price, except I ordered it without cheese. He refused to honor the price that I saw when I ordered. If that menu was not applicable to dinnertime, then it should not have been laid out. That is really not great marketing, for the customer to be made aware that he is paying more for the same exact item because it is a few hours later in the day. Restaurants that charge more for dinner entrees also usually add a side salad, or the entrée is larger. As a matter of fact, this Bonefish location always has the smallest portion of Bang Bang shrimp, especially when its takeout. For example, on New Years Eve, we went to the Fort Lauderdale Bonefish, and our portion was exactly twice as large. Not very impressed with the way this manager handled the situation - in his position, I would have done something to make the customer happy, and I am pretty sure that he had the latitude to do that. I can get a $12 burger anywhere, but you expect a different kind of service at a fine restaurant than at Burger King.

I want to give special thanks to Annie the General Manager and Nick our favorite server! Everyone on your team is extremely professional and polite. Your restaurant is a gem in my home town of Coral Springs. You are a extremely busy place but well worth the wait every single time. I like the fact that all the servers help each other out to put out food on the table fast. You provide such great service, what great team work. The food is excellent and fresh always. I love everything from your fresh fish to your wood grilled steaks and deserts. Looking forward to seeing you again this week. As a customer of yours, I enjoy going to your restaurant with my family 4 to 6 times per month as your loyal customer. Its also great to see other restaurant owners that are well known in Coral Springs that I personally know dining at your restaurant as well. Best wishes to you all! The Rosano Family

One of my favorite places to enjoy great food. No complaints. I recommend sitting down to eat instead of taking home because the food served is not as generous as in the restaurant, nor is it presented the same (due to take out containers). Lilys chicken is nice and juicy (surprising for a thick chicken breast), the Talapia with their Mango Salsa is delicious, their House Salad is amazing with the Lemon Citrus Vinaigrette, and of course the Bang Bang Shrimp is on point. Im also a big fan of the Key Lime pie made fresh to order- its sweet and tangy, just how I like it! You can also request to have the Freshly Squeezed Lemonade served from the bar- its perfecto! Again, it is an all around great place with great vibes. P.S. Sign up for their BFG Insider on their site and they will send you coupons (15% off, free appetizers, $10 off any entrée, and get a FREE dessert for your birthday).

We like this place a lot, and the location doesnt hurt. We are 15 minutes away. Today was our fifth time at this location. Today we decided to take a few photos and write a review. Since this was about my experience I gave it 4 stars. We decided to review the dish with the most imperfections. Everyone at the table had a beautiful plate. My asparagus lacked the color and taste of fresh cut ones, still tasty ... Although my grilled salmon was slightly over grilled causing it to be slightly on the dry side, but extra butter sauce they added kept me quiet. :-/ I had only a few pieces of my broccoli because it also lacked the freshness of a $21.00 plate. I was not impressed today with my over all meal. Our waiter was great. Leaving the best for last, their pot stickers are AMAZING!!!

Went on a Monday (Labor Day), and it was busy, but not as loud as I expected since the tables were so close. It was also dimly lit, which is romantic, I guess, but I was there with my mom & sister & I saw children there. Since it was so busy, our drinks & apps took longer than expected. As for the drinks, I like when restaurants have original selections, both virgin & alcoholic, but the options were limited. I think they had a pretty good wine list though, but Im not into wine so I wouldnt really know. The food was alright, Im not a big fish person, so my review is a little bias. I figured since I was at a "fish place" I might as well try the fish. However the steak was very good. Next time Ill try a safer option, i.e the tacos or the burger.

Weve been to this restaurant a number of times for special occasions. It is out of our budget for more frequent visits. One of the things I really like is being able to pair your fish with the sauce of your choice. You arent stuck with having to decide between the two. I love the flavors of the Pan-Asian sauce and thats what I usually get. Our other menu favorite (when its in season) is the strawberry shortcake dessert. That, alone, is worth the trip. The staff has never failed to be friendly and helpful and the bar staff is great. The drinks are interesting and if you slip up on a choice, they will cheerfully replace it with something you like better. I only wish that we could go more often.

We came for lunch and were seated right away...well, after bumping into my mother and her friends who were also coincidentally eating here for lunch as well(and I can see why). I had the Cobia and it was one of the most delicious pieces of fish Ive ever had. Their crab cakes are also more crab than breading...fantastic job! The decor is also very well done with esquisite fish themed art on the walls. I almost dropped a star for overhearing wait staff complain to the hostess about seating order and the technique used to clean empty tables, but Im deciding to look past that and give Bonefish Coral Springs a 5!

Party of 3...we were seated promptly. .our server Cindy was quite knowledgeable and friendly....food arrived quickly...was pretty good...with the exception of lobster stuffed shrimp which contained much salt. Andre the restaurant manager did stop by and enquire about our dining experience. ...I generally do not sen food back. ...but he was most kind and most anxious to make our dining experience outstanding. ..the meal was replaced with the sauce on the side. ..still a tad salty....but I think it stems from the fact that the shrimp may have been marinated with salt. Great experience overall.

We love the Bonefish and have faithfully had birthdays and anniversaries there throughout the country for 15 years. The Coral springs location is the worst ever. We moved into the neighborhood 10 months ago and dined out at this location 4 times and never again. The food is never consistent and the service is terrible. We left early without having our creme brulee. First time ever. We just wanted to get out of there. Its no longer a nice place to dine. Its a very hot loud sports bar. Happy Anniversary to us. Never again. Thats enough to send us searching for our new place.
