I come here at least twice a week, but I wont be anymore! This past Saturday 01/21 I came in with my family. The owner - Kevin was there that night and he basically was reprimanding Alex, which I believe Alex is the manager or 1/2 owner of this location. Basically Kevin was ringing him a new A**Hole screaming at him almost by the middle of the dining room and in front of customers and his employees where everyone can hear him. I couldnt believe it. I thought it was pretty embarrassing for Alex and also for the employees. I even felt embarrassed myself for watching and being able to hear everything. The table with the family beside us and other people around couldnt believe what they were seeing and hearing. I just asked for to go boxes and left, didnt even finish the food. I felt so bad for Alex especially that he is such a working, helpful person and always greeting customers and making us feel like we are at home from what I have seen and experienced in the many times that I came here. I am ashamed on you Kevin for this behavior. It was very unprofessional and very low of you to behave this way especially when you have customers around. Me as a business owner, would never treat any employee that way period!! I would pull them aside, away from any other employee and customers and speak not YELL at them...... Kevin, you are running customers away if thats what your goal is!

First visit was disappointing. Finally decided to try this place after living in the area for a while. The ribs were very good and the best part of the visit. Fries and popcorn shrimp were cold when we got them and chicken wings were decent. Food came out at different times and some of the sides were wrong, which was understandable since their machine was down that evening and they had to do everything by hand. The worst part of the experience was when we got the check... there were extra charges for a wing flavor we werent told about when ordering and the manager refused to take a $ off coupon, which was the reason we decided to give this restaurant a try in the first place. Apparently if its a day-of-the-week special or drink special it doesnt count towards the qualifying amount...Never been to a place where you cant use a coupon if ordering something on their blackboard...Plus, we mentioned we had the coupon when first ordering and werent told we wont be able to use it on our meal and drink selection. Instead of arguing i just paid the check, but we wont be back. The coupon would have only saved us $5, which is nothing, but with a sports bar on every corner around here i dont see a reason to come back to a place that engages in such bait and switch tactics to get people in.

If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of being seated at a table in landlubbers I promise youll wish you were in the comfort of your home with a can of tuna or sardines. The food quality and atmosphere will be infinitely better than at this restaurant: Finding a parking space at the unbelievably overrated landlubbers will be very time consuming, and the walk from your car would cause even the most finely tuned athlete to be exhausted and out of breath. If you manage to make it into the restaurant itself youll be greated by a noise level that will threaten the future of your hearing. The staff will treat you like a ghost, but may acknowledge you in a half hour or so if theyre not too busy. To try to sum things up, inexperienced diners may consider the food to be slighty better than awful, the unattentive, rude staff cares far more about their own gossip than your order or providing you with a pleasant overall dining experience, but to landlubbers credit, theyre clever enough to have a lot of TV sets so you can watch ten ballgames at once and forget about how bad the food and service are.

If youre looking for a nice seafood place please go anywhere but here. Also, if you call for reservations, directions, etc. be prepared to speak a language other than English. I recently got a takeout of clams on the half shell, which the manager, Alex, promised would be packed well. After a five minute drive home the clam juice had been nicely absorbed by my Hondas seat cushions. When I called to ask why my order was packed in a single bag with a hoIe in it I was hung up on three times before I was finally connected to the "charming" manager. He basically told me the mess was my fault because I didnt inspect their packing job before I left the restaurant. "Alex" could not have been more rude or less caring, and shouted "Im not paying for your car to be detailed" before the subject was even brought up. Not surprisingly, the clams were very ordinary, and were "generously" packed with one lemmon, and about a teaspoon of cocktail sauce. I sincerely hope that my experience will prevent others from going to landlubbers and steer them to a better dining experience.

This is my first visit. Food - Awesome. The way you guys served wings is pretty smart, that just keeps wings wet forever. Just one request though, I ordered for Chicken fingers assuming those are something different, but those are nothing but chicken stickers or boneless strips. It would help if you put a pic over there, but its ok. The taste is good. Service - Awesome, Jennifer - thanks for taking care of us. Always smiley face, checking us in fairly regular intervals... over all awesome. Drinks Price - This is the only reason why I gave 4. Budlight bottle ~ $ 3.25, I felt its over priced even in regular hours.I will try next time during happy hour.

Walked in and was seated, 15 minutes later still no service. Watched 2 other tables sat after us and they already had drinks on table when another waitress noticed us and found ours. When I told this to our server, was told, "Oh.Would you like something to drink". No apology, no nothing. Ordered Philly Cheese loaded with mushrooms and peppers, got 1 mushroom and a half piece of pepper. Server comment, thats how it comes. Plus was dry and tasteless. My son said it best. "This place needs a bar rescue". Horrible service, horrible food. Never again.

They have sweet tea and Im from Tennessee where we love our sweet tea. Let me say the cup lobster bisque was awesome. Server was nice and polite. I ordered the large fried shrimp. I got shrimp that were fried so long and thoroughly it wasnt like eating shrimp. The bredding was excessive and they looked to be straight from the walmart frozen food section. I ended up removing most of the bredding to reveal what I wouldnt consider to be large shrimp. I wont probably return. It was like wating at shoneys, but the lobstee bisque was great.
