Incredibly poor... Ordered Several items including Won Ton soup and Shrimp with Lobster sauce. Delivery came with Egg Drop soup and no Shrimp plate. Called and after much discussion on the phone and the owner hanging up on me, the delivery man came fairly quickly with another Egg Drop soup, but still no Shrimp in Lobster Sauce. I send back both soups and the menu order form to show what was ordered and paid for. 45 minutes goes by and I call again. Owner abruptly hung on me several more times... Mind you I was still courteous. Owner says OK I get you your food. 30 minutes later the delivery guy shows up with the Won Ton soup and NO SHRIMP WITH LOBSTER SAUCE. He tells me she is giving me a refund of $11. for the shrimp. Now Im hot. Almost 2.5 hours and no dinner... Owner never apologized was always abrupt on the phone... Still havent seen the refund! BEWARE... And certainly dont let your cat loose near the store... HA!

my boyfriend and i ordered food last night and the owner/order taker said 30 minutes. well, an hour and a half later the food arrives COLD and TERRIBLE. now, mind you, i called twice to see if it was on its way because we had no problem picking it up. she said she was waiting for the driver and that it would be five minutes. i said to please make sure that the food was hot, she said no problem. she lied. the food was absolutely horrible and cold. when we started microwaving our food, i said "no way, put it back in the bag". i drove it back over, got yelled in poor english by the she-owner, and she reluctantly remade the food. after being a regular customer for two years, i will never give them another dollar again. ORDER FROM KIM BO in the new Publix plaza...the food is great and they are super nice!

I called and order,I could tell they was super busy because the lady was taking my order the same time she was taking someone elses order but thats understandable. They told me itd be 40 mins and they delivered in 15 mins,super fast and warm. When the guy got here they said they didnt take card so he called for me and paid for my food,super nice guy. His car was packed with orders so he was super busy too,must be a good place. I order wonton soup,plain lo mein,and seseme chicken. Delicious! I could taste alittle too much mustard in the seseme chicken but Im pregnant and I cant stand mustard taste right now. But overall,very good.

Do NOT order from this restaurant! They sold me rotting food and refused to refund my money until I got my bank involved! They tell you "tirty minits" but it takes nearly two hours for food to arrive. There is attitude by the wretch that answers the phone, she is rude, yells at you, will write down your credit card information and give it to the driver (who knows if other people now have my information). This "restaurant" should be condemned!

Warning!!!!! Do not order from here!!!!! The worse delivery service ever... The lady doesnt speak english and doesnt understand it. They almost double charged me because they didnt bring my whole order the first time and after calling back they said it wasnt on the order when indeed i paid for it. Also bad customer service. It would be no stars if possible..

Ive been there 3 times first time no issue food was very good, 2nd time two weeks later I went and I could smell something odd like dirty mops or old standing water. I couldnt really stomach the smell so I left without ordering. The third time I went a week after the second time same smell again I left without ordering.

When the food was served it looked good, but when we tasted it was tooo greasy and bland. Tofu was already beginning to go bad. Lady who took our order was watching TV and eating while taking our order. We also cleaned the table and she didnt offer to come and help. We Do not recommend this restaurant.

Consistently good Chinese food. Been a late evening staple for years, never had any problems. The owners are real good people if youre not a complete tool. That said, they dont have a professional delivery operation, and its fast food. Dont expect a good Peking duck for Wendys money.

Horrible food, bad experience. Ive never bashed or left a bad review to any restaurant, but this place is bad. Even the employees make you feel like youre annoying them and youre an inconvenience. If there was a zero star rating I would definitely leave a big 0.

Owner lady stinks like rotting wontons and was RUDE. She got our order wrong 3 times & blamed us for it in poor Engrish. The Sesame "Chicken" tasted like cold ketchup :/ This shack should be shut down by the Health Dept.

Perfect if youre looking for a great (American-style) chinese takeout. Very affordable, quick, and tasty. If youre looking for more upscale Chinese / Asian try Yen Yen down the road.
