STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! Lets start with the 2 times I went in there and placed an order. I dealt with the lovely Asian kid "Brandon?". The first time he is more interested in playing with his phone then listening to my order! He then walks away in the middle of my order to plug his phone in!! I get my order and of course 2 of the 3 things were wrong! I then go back another day. Stupid I know. I deal with the Genius Brandon again and once again he is not paying attention. He once again screws up my order but this time it is only 1 thing. Maybe he is getting confused and actually tried!! You all may wonder why does he keep ordering from these people? When Number 1 has much better food. Well I am lazy and they deliver. Well I am done with them and done being lazy I am back to Number 1 even though they moved further from me. So Now on to the delivers. EVERYTIME they short me of 1 item and always the cheapst item. I am sure they do this on purpose!! Maybe Brandon does this and pockets the money so he can go in the alley and buy Crack. I usually just chalk it up to there ignorance.. One time when we ordered from work and they shorted someone a can of Pepsi. She called and they told her they did not deliver to us!!?? WTF!! So anybody who has called has talked to the rude and ignorant American girl. Well I finally go to see her. She is a short young girl with trashy tattoos sticking out of her shirt. Why is it always the littlest of people have the biggest mouths? Why they owners put up with her rudeness is beyond me?

Ive ordered online before and had no problems, but recently I ordered online at 7:30pm and since the site isnt directly run by the restaurant there was a problem relaying my order. I waited an hour and 25 minutes for my small order, and when it didnt come I called them. All they had to say was "Im sorry but we have no control over that, we can place your order now but itll be at most 35 minutes until you get your food" I was extremely disappointed. It was 9:30pm by the time I received my dinner. Not only was it late and I had to pay for it, I found a long black hair in my food.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE DIRTY PEOPLE! Listen, I ordered chicken and broccoli, and the chicken had disgusting pieces of HAIR & tin foil embedded in them, (I only found out when my 3 year old started choking!) I called them and told them about it. The lady said to bring it back in so she could see it, so I did. She reluctantly gave me a refund. I reported them to the health department. DISGUSTING DIRTY FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It sucks ok so first off they dont your order write then there rude when you wanna know what happened and the delivery sucks then you have to deal with this kid Brandon who you have to tell him everything 50 times this kid alone ruins everything the food is nasty full of hair and evern steel wool do not go here I warn you go to number 1 it tast better and less exapensive also this place doesnt give you everything you ordered

Lo mein is a bit greasy but great! Though one time I ordered a whole quart of it and instead got a pint and an extra pint of white rice. Great to talk to on the phone and are good with deliveries. A blessing to local college students without cars. (However the first time I ordered from them the food made a very hasty exit; but since then its improved in quality and has not caused such an occurrence since)

Will never go back to. Last several times my orders were messed up for delivery, you expect everything to be there when getting delievered right? Not at new China garden, where you call to say youre missing something and get told that youre lying by one person and that everyone does things diffrent by another. YEAH, thats the place I wanna get my food.

With what I experienced tonight, China garden doesnt even deserve 1 star. While eating my meal, I discovered a 1-inch razor blade. I will never eat there again. After reading the other reviews, this place shouldnt even be in business any more. Do not recommend.

They were out of crab rangoon. Told us that our order would take 40 to 45 minutes to deliver. 1 hour later I called back and it still had not left. My husband went to pick it up. Got my food and it was cold. Super pissed off.

We walked in at 5 after 10 says open till 10:30 pm ALSO DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN AND TOLD US THEY WHERE CLOSED WONT GO THERE AGAIN JUST LOST GOOD PEOPLE!
