I ordered carryout from this place because I happened to be at the bus station around lunch time. When I got back to my office, I opened the box to find hairs woven into the food. I called China Shuttle and explained the situation. I told them I was too far away to walk all the way back with the hairy food. The person on the phone told me to bring in pictures of the food, and they would take care of me. I thought the demand for photo evidence was a little strange, but fine, I was willing to play along. I took out my phone and took some high resolution photos of the hairy food. I went back today and showed the photos to a man of Asian decent who I believe to be the manager. At first he claimed he couldnt see any hairs, so I increased the brightness on the phone. Then he said, and I quote, "Those look like they might be eyebrow hairs." I said I was uncertain what part of the body said hairs originated from but that I didnt believe it was relevant. At which point he told me there was nothing he could do for me. So he refused to give me a replacement lunch, or a refund, after viewing the photographic evidence. If they are willing to go to such lengths to save a couple bucks, I have no doubt they are cutting corners where sanitation is concerned. Avoid hair, eat elsewhere.

I decided to give this place a try even though I noticed the bad reviews it received from others. I called in to place a carry out order, and after letting the phone ring over and over, someone picked up and hung up on me. I thought, well thats odd, let me try again. I called again and this time the phone rang once and then click! - hang up. At this point I decided to call from my office phone. The phone rang a few times and a man picked up and said "Hey!" I asked if I was calling the right place and he said yes - I proceeded to tell him that he hung up on me the last two times I called, but instead of an apology, he gave me an excuse of how busy it is and asked, "Ok...so what would you like?". I said, "Nothing!" sand hung up. Im done with this place before even starting.

BUYER BEWARE! If business is slow, the staff on the serving line often fail to remove, replace, rotate, or dispose of cooked food after a period of time. At a cost of $6.50, the sweet and sour meat is gummy, has a rubber-like texture, overheated or overcooked, and tasteless. If you place a take-out order at the restaurant, taste your food before you leave to avoid an undesirable dining experience at home with family. The customer service grade is "in need of improvement" due to the fact that you cant get your money back and have to deal with the uncertainty of obtaining a replacement order the next day . The receipt does not contain a business telephone number. I had to utilize Google search.

Well, the fish was horrible the last time I was there, about 5 weeks ago. The fish wasnt cooked thoroughly and the shrimp had too much breading. I was on my way home via the bus, so, I wasnt about to get back in a bus to return that order. I usually have the rice and some if their chicken. Today, I ordered the rice and sesame chicken. I hope this is good because I am taking it to work tomorrow for lunch. I gave 3 stars for the convenience and speed of service.

Food is fine not great not bad. My main thing is the service. There is a black women and Asia lady that serve the food and rings you up. Both these ladies look unhappy to be there and never smile to make you feel you business is welcome. With an unhappy face on they ask what you want. That is the only in and out place I know of but I would stop going there if it was not for the quick ready food to go.

This place is getting over on hard working individuals. The portions are laughable, and you payed way too much for the food you receive. The House Fried Rice is a joke. If you want real Chinese food, with real portions for the money you spent, go someplace else. I won`t spend another dime in this place, even if I were starving. I`m serious.

Food is great but Im hoping hes not management (hes rude and nasty) who messes with food and then money, you ask him something hes quick to answer with quick touch of sarcasm!!!! Im sure Im not the only one who thinks so either, rest of employees are friendly and customer service oriented

Nasty. Rice was bland tasted like the metal dish. I totally wasted my $15.44 on mine and my boyfriend plates. He didnt even eat. Took one bite and threw it away. I wanted my money back but they said no refunds. Dont waste your money. Walk another block to some of the better places uptown.

I dont understand why this place has so many negative reviews. I eat here every once in a while and Ive never had a problem. The food is always fresh and the prices are pretty much unbeatable. A good amount of sesame chicken for just $5 and some change? Come on now.

Advertises best sesame chicken in town. Has no visible seamen seeds or sesame taste. Bourbon chicken resembles no bourbon chicken known by site or flavor. But the food is priced right fir the quantity.
