READ THIS ALL THE WAY THROUGH! Horrible experience. So, the place closes at 10 pm. Upon walking in at 9:00 pm, we were THRILLED to witness an employee complaining about their wages or something to the host/server right in front of us, stating "I have bills to pay", before she walked out the door right past us. Awkward start for myself and the family (5 of us), but we shrugged it off and went to a table. We were the only ones at the restaurant. As we sat down, I asked the gentleman, "are we too late to eat in?", secretly hoping that it would give us a reason to walk out and not look rude, to which he replied almost as if he didnt have a choice "No... were open until 10." So, we reluctantly stayed. We ordered General Tsos Chicken with Fried rice, egg rolls and soup for the entire family. Once our order was in, a series of microwave beeps began. GREAT! Food must be getting prepared O_o! Are you kidding me! Soup was luke warm. More beeps. Egg rolls shortly follow and were nuclear hot (needed less time in the microwave, I think). What about the General Tsos, you ask? Well, the chicken was piping hot, while the broccoli was less than luke warm. I thought they were cooked together? THATS NOT ALL, FOLKS. Before we finished eating our meal, an older gentleman of Asian decent came out of the kitchen area with a tray of silverware and proceeded to dry and sort them, throwing each utensil across the table, creating a dramatic "CRASH" with each release. Im guessing he was the owner. My oldest son laughed at me when he saw the expression on my face, as Im usually very reserved on my public reaction to things.I dont think they were having a good day. He looked peeved. We did not feel welcomed there at all. If Chef Ramsey doesnt make it to this place soon for Kitchen Nightmares, Im afraid theyre going under. Not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but seriously? This was crazy. Oh... to finish it off, my wife and kids woke up with stomach cramps. I had gas,... but to their defense, Im quite often gassy after Chinese food. If there was a 0 option, I would have selected it. :/. Pass on this one, guys. Moving on!

In response to the Tourists negative comments... dont come to Key Largo looking for great Chineese food thats also inexpensive, what are you thinking? I live here and eat their food often, I like it....its a good value, they do have a hard time delivering to the boat, but we deal with it..... thats part of living on an island. PS take your negativity back home with you!

As a tourist, I was a little scared to go here based on some of the other reviews, however, it was close by and I didnt want to drive forever to eat. I was, however, very pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious, place was clean, and service was friendly. If there is any truth to the bad reviews on here, they have really gotten their act together since then.

Bounce!!!! Have landed by chance in the restaurant. First impression quite ok, many Chinese in it. Food was quite delicious, were satisfied. Service could have been better. Therefore we gave less tip. Now on credit card seen that $ 40 more was charged !! Absolute cheats, watch out !!

Complete crap! Food sucks the new owners are liars and are ripping people off left and right. They claim they have been there for 20 years just because the restaurant has been there. The old owners were amazing I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

I eat here constantly and tell everyone about it. The vegetable tofu soup is amazing. and for "blahhhhhh" tips is actually an acronym for "To Ensure Proper Service".... maybe if you learned how to tip, youd get better service.

Food is ok at best and the delivery service is the worst in town. Tips for delivery are a thank you and are not to be demanded, and certainly are not desired when you provide poor food that is over an hour late being delivered.

I called this place cause im stuck at home and rudely they answer with just a hello (very professional) then they ask me to call back in 15 minutes yeah um no thanks num thai is better anyways they just didnt deliver!!!

Authentic Americanized Chinese food. Delicious, fast, great for carryout or eat in. Good service(minimal English) and WONDERFUL General Tsos chicken. Fairly priced too!
