I normally have pretty good service, but this particular restaurant has a large number of staff that are just standing around the window, aware of customers waiting to place an order, but no one assists. The only real worker they have was the one lady who took my order and assisted my wife when her burger was wrong. The other lady just stood at the window staring at my wife and not looking to assist at all. Im not sure if management is aware, but be forewarned...be prepared to wait 30 min for substandard customer service and subpar food. If they really were making these burgers fresh, why would the meat be cold by the time I bit into it? The fries and the buns tastes like they were under a heating lamp. Very disappointed.

Been sitting in my car for 30 minutes now...waiting for my food... Tried to go to the bathroom and it was locked, so I tried to ask at the front window...locked, unmanned...stood there for 10 minutes, gave up and walked back to my car, at which point I heard them tell a new car to please wait while the register tends to the front window. UGH! As Im typing this a guy comes out, and I try to check my food and say Chocolate shake? but the second he lets go of the bag he books it back inside. God...back to the drive through. Not leaving a 4 ******* dollar shake.

Wayyy better than the one in Melbourne. Took less than 5 minutes to order at to go window. Cashier was friendly and accommodating, service was quick, food was good and paid less than $10 for 3 people to eat a full meal with drink and dessert!!! Only complaint is that the apple pie is too dense and not sweet enough...but still edible. Drove 30 minutes to get there but it was worth it.

Ordered a 10 piece wings mixed.. they charged me a additional 50 cents for mixing my 5 buffalo and 5 bbq..Then I had to wait 20minutes for the wings..Then they gave it to me separate anyways..I also paid for 3 ranch sauce and only got one..When I went to ask for my other two the girl gave me attitude.

They all have an attitude issue. They messed up my order... Then they proceeded to tell me they wouldnt give me a refund because I had left (with a messed up order) and came back cause it was awful (still the majority of the order in the bag still) so I WONT go back... No matter how "cheap" they are

Literally the worst customer service Ive ever seen. We had 4 separate orders they could only do 2 at a time when we would get to the window both orders would be completely wrong and no they was not hard orders. Literally needs help I would give 0 stars if I could! DONT GO HERE.

worse customer service ever. always getting orders wrong. horrible attitudes... change the menu if you have two of the same named items being burgers/fries. then maybe no one will get the food confused. . and you wont get so mad after we come back up to the window.

Wings are overcooked. We waited 40 minutes. One burger was requested with lettuce and tomato but it came without them. The fries and burgers were good though. The wait and the wings were the most annoying thing about our experience.

I was pleased at how fast the young man took our order. The food was fresh and very good, but the wait was a bit long for a fast food place! If they speed up their process then they wouldve gotten 5 stars!

I used to go to Checkers a lot.(on Courtney, MI) The last time I ordered, the burgers we so salty and oily. After tasting, my kids refused to eat. Despite the good deals, Im not going there any time soon.
