So the food was good as usual. Some employees had service with a smile for sure, such as Natasha. The store basically no more napkins and only wanted to give one or two for a gigantic meal of fried chicken. They had no water cups, so I was not allowed to use my own cup for water... but forced me and another guy to purchase a $2.50 soda cup, then we could have whatever I wanted..(which was water). If the store is out of supplies and unable to service the customers need, then the store should be at the inconvenience of giving away those cups, verses the customers having to fork over several dollars, for water. Its simply the principal. Compensate me, for my opinion anytime Popeyes.. I would love a gift card to come back after this visit.

I come here almost once every week and the food is always awesome! but VERY, very poor customer service. The woman in the drive thru is always very unenthusiastic, and a little rude. Slow and unorganized.. Im always waiting long periods of time to order and receive my food. Coming here is always a 15min ordeal, at the least. Although tonight Latifha was polite, upbeat and refreshing to have been served by in the window.

I love Popeyes, its always a great meal at anytime. But boy I tell you, after about 8 oclock this location is nothing but slow. You wait about 5-10 minutes in line to order, then, they have you wait another 5 minutes just to order. On top of that, you have to wait while they cook the food. I really enjoy fresh food, but I know the service could be better than this.

First Popeyes that Ive been to in Florida where they got my order right, with the right drinks, and the right sauces. Ms Emily was awesome and reminded me of the employees at my favorite Popeyes in Georgia. Definitely gonna go back here when I need a Popeyes fix since the ones near me are horrible.

Theres 2 fat bitchs one as a cashier rude & the other packing food up, i asked for ketchup and she just rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath. She was even talking about customers, wow. BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Purchased a 3 piece but it really was a 2.5 piece, and the chicken wasnt fresh. The customer service was good, but the food quality definitely seems to decrease near their closing time which is dissapointing.

This location is great...I always get fresh chicken and their employee named Emily is a reason why I go back often. She makes me feel at home...even in the drive thru!!
