Visited this store for the first time and went through the drive thru which was nice and easy to order. Once we got to the window we were told our total and that the store didnt have enough chicken for my two orders together and that they were putting one grilled, one crispy, and one traditional in the 3 piece and two of any in the 2 piece. Did not ask if it was ok but told us what she would be doing. We told her we didnt want that because we do not like grilled chicken. She radioed the back and told us she could give us all legs...we said thats fine because we didnt want to cause a scene. When we left I looked in the box and saw that the three legs were tiny and did not amount to anywhere near what we would have received with a full 3 piece and 2 piece meal. There were people behind me and Im wondering if they ordered anything similar to us and maybe got it cooked fresh or were told the same. I would not have minded waiting for the order to be cooked but was taken back by the girl telling us what she was going to do and not informing us of the chicken situation when we ordered. And to top it off she gave us a large amount of change because she was out of quarters.

Poor service from poorly trained employees. On two separate occasions, have had rude employees. The first, the employee stared at my family as we were eating, wanting us to leave the dinning area so they could clean it. My mother asked her if they had a problem, and they replied "no" but slapped trays on the lip by the trash and said under their breath "I cant stand rude people". When a complaint was made to the manager, the employee came to the front to argue with us saying that "didnt you ever have a bad day". The manager did nothing, and was rude when asked for the corporate number. Second instance, an employee taking orders scratched their scalp and refused to wash their hands when it was pointed out. Lied and said they washed their hands before we came up to order.

My wife and I went here this evening and found things were in order. The floor and tables were clean. The personnel were neat and busy. I accidentally spilled my freshly drawn diet Pepsi. I notified them and they promptly cleaned up my mess. The only thing that stopped me from giving them 5 stars was that the service was a little slow (about 7 pm, Sunday). There was not much going on at the drive-up window either. Except for that, the food was good (the corn was a little tired), the chicken was hot as were the green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. The Cole slaw was crisp and fresh. The biscuits were warm and fresh. We found it to be a nice place. We will go back, especially since 2 other KFCs in our area were permanently closed.

Ordered two of the Kentucky boxes and two regular breast boxes, extra breast in each. Got home and found that theyd put the Kentucky in paper boxes the biscuits were ruined and theyd placed them on top of the regular. The sauce satured all the boxes and made a huge mess, and ruined the boxes and contents of the regular below. Called the manager and she was rude and it took a return call by my friend after she was nasty with her elderly mother to get her to accept that theyd messed up and calm down enough to replace our ruined meals. Hope your visit is better than ours was.

I have been here several times, and in fact as I type this I am standing in the queue waiting to be served again as I forgot to order an item my wife requested. That being said, the staff are friendly enough and the food is good, if a little lacking in variety and value compared to its international counter parts. If I had a serious criticism it would be that this store itself needs a revamp. It looks very dated and truthfully it has an unclean sense about it, this is probably due to the decor more than a lack of hygiene.

Stopped in to get the large bucket with 5 large sides. You know, the big order for this food chain. They had no wings ready, wanted to charge extra for white meat and offered no discount for dark. Employees were cranky and a manager wouldnt come to the counter. Staff blamed the customer because the wings were unavailable. If you want to be treated like your the problem, then this is the place to go. Dirty bathrooms, floors and counters looked like a third world war zone in there. I will never be back to this store.

Love the staff here! My boyfriend and I pulled up about 15 minutes after closing one night (unknowingly, the lights were still on), and because of the fact that we were under the impression that the store was still open they gave us 3 huge bags full of food. For free! Though we gave them a $20 anyway. It was probably at least $40 of food if not more. We continue to go to this location simply because of how pleasant our first experience was!

TERRIBLE ! My boyfriend & I got takeout from there. The crispy wasnt crispy. Had all sorts of spices on it not normaly in the recipe, including pepper you could see. Greasy & sorta burnt. Weird flavor. The original had no spices & I think you could have wrung the grease out. Barely any gravy with the potatoes, & even they tasted weird. Felt funny after eating it & surprised we didnt get really sick. Stay away !!

Ordered a $5 fill up boxes. One with potato wedges instead of mash potatoes and the potato wedges were old, shriveled, and hard. They were disgusting and they forgot to put in the cookie and drink was filled only 3/4 of the way. I wouldnt waste my time or money going back there.

Chicken wasnt the best today. Ate inside and the ceiling leaks water as usual on you from the air conditioning and it just wasnt clean and you we were there before 11:30. Oh yeah, the potato wedges taste funny and I trashed them.

Food has gone down hill at this chain. This restaurant is definitely due for a remodel, especially with a brand new Popeyes right around the corner now. Great location, always friendly staff.

Something was "off" at this kfc location. Food was not spoiled and it didnt smell bad but it didnt taste at all like kfc. Will definitely not go back to this location.

Chicken is fine but the fountain drink machine, bathroom and the place it self needs to be more cleaner.
