My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience at this place. The woman running the drive thru was awful. I had to practically yell at her my order and she still kept saying "What?" At that point, if youre having issues hearing, wouldnt it make sense to ask the customer to pull up to the window to place their order instead of frustrating the both of you by repeating it over and over on the speaker? Then we get to the window and she never even gave us one out of the four combos we ordered but we were curtly assured "its all there". Being uncertain and doubtful as the two of us are opening one box a piece to confirm this was true (an action that took at most 20 seconds, if that) we were rudely and impatiently told that we needed to move our car because she had a line behind us (a line that consisted of one truck). Excuse me? Maybe if you put our order together properly and didnt ask me to repeat my order 10 times at the speaker we wouldnt feel the need to double check it either? So we pull up, check it, and of course not all of it was there. Oh but it was "all there" wasnt it lady? We were treated awfully! The service was terrible. I certainly will not spend my hard earned money where my boyfriend and I are treated disrespectfully.

Cook doesnt wash his hands. Service was slow. Only the Manager could ring up the orders. Took about 15 mins just to get to the register. Waited another 7 for her to take the orders. Then we saw the cook scratching his head, didnt wash his hands. He goes outside comes back in and still didnt wash his hands. Told the manager. "I must be blind" cause she insisted that he did wash his hands. Im not blind and we were purposely watching his nasty behind. He also was covered in flour all over the back of his pants. Using his pants for a napkin or towel. Plus Manager forgot to give me my sauce for the strips. :(

The food is good....if you go early while it is still fresh. At this particular Popeyes... an employee, a young female by the name of Kiera Preston is one of the rudest individuals that Ive ever dealt with. Plain and simple....very nasty and terrible attitude. This person should not be working with or anywhere around the public....and last but not least....shouldve never been hired in the first place. Other employees that Ive had experience with are awesome.... very well mannered.

There wild animals in there! No wonder they needed a manager! I rolled up to their order window, and their voice com worker had a huge attitude! Yelling at my family! Whats worse is that they cant even get the order right, and than blame it me! The customer! So I suggest you dont eat here, they are very rude, try the chicken place across the street, they have the best sweet tea on Earth! =]

The service was really great. Manager Pam Clark runs a very efficient restaurant. The order was fast, hot and perfectly served. We received our order served by Star and she asked us if everything was alright and if we needed anything else. These employees are a true asset to Popeyes.

This pope yes by far is the best one weve been too. One in haines city fl is friendly but the resturant even after remodeled is not clean. The one is clean friendly and roomy. The one being redone out of an old wendys should of been tore down and rebuilt on bigger area.

Always made to wait at least ten minutes after ordering at the drive thru and once they completely forgot about me. Coupled with the fact that they often get my order wrong or cant take it at all because the card machine is down, makes this place just plain awful.

Sign on door days they wont open today until noon. Supposed to open at 1030. 12:15 and doors are still locked. Employee inside saw the crowd outside and just ignored us. Terrible service here in clewiston!

Its pretty easy to get there.The chicken is good but I really dont like the shrimp cause it tastes rubbery.My favorite thing there is the sweet tea and I love the tea.Popeyes still is a nice place to eat.
