Showed up at 9:53pm on Sunday. Closing time listed is 10:00pm. The lady working the drive thru told me they were closed. I asked what time they close on Sundays while looking at the posted hours and she said they had to close early because they ran out of chicken. I said thats fine I was wanting your red beans and rice instead. She said they actually ran out of everything, closed the window.

We got the wrong order and got overcharged and didnt even receive the item they overcharged us with. We called and spoke to the manager, apparently the whole staff is out of control and they are not caring the least bit about work is really about. And there is going to be a lot of changes coming soon. Hopefully that will help because Popeyes has some of the greatest chicken.

Really surprised at this places lack of hot and fresh food. My red beans and rice were disgusting and cold, so were the green beans. The fish/shrimp meal was also NOT fresh and they also didnt get my order correct because people yelling behind the counter. Drive thru was quick, but of course they are! Everything is pre cooked. Worst 40.00 spent! BUT NEVER AGAIN

Everytime we go through the drive thru, always have to pull up no matter if its busy or not, then we always seem to be forgotten waiting for the food. Prices are always a little off each time we go also, for the same meal. Employees not very friendly this Popeyes used to be awesome back in the day. But then again so did a lot of places around Melbourne.

Popeyes Chicken is my favorite "chicken" fast food restaurant, but our orders get messed up quite a bit. This only happens when we order more than 2 meals. Yesterday all of our meals (4 of them), all the sides items were wrong. But, I wont stop going because their chicken is so good, but check everything real good before you leave the drive-through!

Good chicken. Nice people. One complaint. Your smokers stink. They are out so often frabreeze wouldnt help. Your main cashier God out 4 to 6 times before I can eat 1 meal. He never had washed his hands and used the window seal to hold his butts.walk in that door and drink hits u. Like now. But the manager Bruce is alsome.food is better than KFC .

Normally it is good, but last time I went the chicken I got was bloody. They didnt have enough to make my order and were waiting for it to finish cooking. I think they pulled it up early just to serve it. I would rather wait and have cooked chicken than get it right away and have raw chicken.

Every time I go here the employees are cool and talk to me in a good way. I like this place. They usually are really fast with my food and always is good. If Popeyes was not so expensive I would go there on a daily basis. I think this is the best popeyes I have ever been to.

Rude staff. I have been charged 4 different prices 4 different times for the exact same meal. When asked why, the manager told me I was wrong and didnt know what I was talking about. It was a simple tax issue at first, but it was never resolved and I was treated terribly.

Like eating a crow. All bones and greasy. Asked for spicy. No spice at all. The beans were good. The amount is a joke. Three table spoons maybe. Ive seen bigger side sauce containers.the bisket was also tiny. Cost eight dollars. Dont waste your hard earned money there.

OK I am here now and I will have to agree that the service needs much attention. No manager control and food being dropped on the floor but at least they are throwing the food away but its a loss to the company and slows down service. On my way to publics instead.

Worst place in Melbourne. Garbage inside, I think theyve been renovating for a year (or their interior has just been repossessed), soda machine is broken. Waited way too long for an order that never came. Staff is less than competent.

Did not like the customer service at Popeyes. No smile and no respect. Did not like the chicken and most of everything is Cajun. I wish that all of the employees smile and say thank you and show more respect to their customers.

I waited 24 minutes in the Drive-Thru. 24 minutes! Other times around 15 minutes, which seems ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. You can pay the same amount and have a sit-down meal that tastes considerably better.
