ordered the simplest food to make. chicken dinner and a chili coney. i wait about 4 mins and i get the order and i know it takes longer than 3/4 mins to make fresh strip. i used to be a car hop so id know :) and the strips were old and gross the box was packed with mainly tots i guess to make it look like it was full of strips but no, the coney was awfully cold and stale. i said easy ice and i got little to no ice literally. ive been to bad sonics but this one beat the bad one into the worse list. hope everyone has a better experience than we did, and it wasnt busy what so ever. give it a try maybe youll get better service :)

I waited over 10 minutes to order one drink. Took them another 10 to deliver it to me. Gave me the wrong change TWICE. I came back again one night I got rude service from one of the carhops. The next day I went for another drink and the manager told me I was banned from ever coming there again for "cursing out" that same rude carhop. The food makes people sick, even employees had food poisoning. Cooks stand outside to smoke cigarettes but dont wash their hands. A friend found a twist tie in her hot dog once. Worst restaurant ever. Bad management.

Weve had a few ups and downs with this place. Almost everytime we go here the food tastes differently. Nothing is made the same consecutively so you never know if your Burger will be good or mediocre from one visit to the next. The shakes are good along with their mozzarella sticks. The onion rings are corn meal battered which makes them tasty. Their boneless wings may have a little too much batter for some peoples liking. And their hot fudge cake Sundaes arent always hot.

it was the worst place to get food at!! my father ordered an ultimate burrido and they gave him two tiny pieces of bacon and some meat and cheese! And the large drinks were supposed to be 99 cents and they charged him $1.99 !! very rude employes ! a waitress rolled her eyes and argued with my father because his food was disgusting and they messed up on the price! that was the worst experiance i have had at a resteraunt !! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!

Horrible....they need to hire more people. This lady...Her name is Parus is busting her butt to make everyone happy....the machines outside is not working for the credit cards to go in. This poor girl is sweating and its very hot outside. Food is delicious...dont get me wrong...but today was not a great day. I believe someone may have calling off from work today or probably just quit.....but Sonics on Ladys Island....NEEDS HELP BAD!

Meh, its fast food. Im not a big fan of Sonics food but thats where my kid wanted to go. I decided to try the pretzel dog for the first time... Not impressed. Ive had much better dogs from gas stations really. The pretzel bun was tough, the dog was barely warm, fries were limp and barely warm. The toaster sandwich my kid got was pretty good tho.

Worst experience of my life at sonic they get your order wrong they tell you the slushie machine is not working when it is there was a gentleman that sad if customers quit ordering so much f****** food then he wouldnt mess up in his order . I will never go back-to the sonic ever and I dont not recommend it to anybody .

I ordered an ultimate chicken sandwich. It was old looks like its been up since lunch started. The cheese didnt even melt. I asked for extra mayo and got no mayo. Highly disappointed will stick to going to the one in Burton. But I will say the service was fast but I would have rather wait if that ment fresh food.

Twice now... our food has been overcooked. Chicken bites were hard as a rock, so were the cheddar poppers, even my cheeseburger meat was tough!! Wasted our money. We have a big family, 6! A lot of money to waste on fast food. Couldnt even eat half our order. Had to throw it away.

Ordered a cheese burger with mayo, tomatoes and onions. Needless to say the burger was dry and the cheese hard. They just doused it with fresh mayo, onions, and tomatoes. That Sonic is the worse. If I could give no stars I would.

It was terrible. We waited 30 minutes just to order our food from the drive up station! When I called and asked them about it they said that we just had to wait. Because of this experience Im not going to sonic again

Sat at our pull in for 8 mibs waiting for soneone to take our order gave up and went to the drive through then asked if the buttons are not working as the cashier replied they turn them on at 9pm....yea right
