Im beginning to think the have friends and relatives post 5 star reviews to keep their scores up. Every time my husband and I have been in there the service is horrible, they are out of side items and/ or sauces , chicken is never ready or its old as dirt and they claim to have just pulled it up. Twice they have tried to scam my debt card. Heres how they do it. They put your card in the readers then claim the machine has to boot up or reset. Areceipt rolls out which the cashier has her hand over so you cant see it. She tears it off and throws it away .Charge one goes on your card. Then she officially charges you for your meal. Charge number two goes on your card. Now unless you dont look at your nanl statement you will never see this double charge and little miss their just pocketed another $20 or so from another unsuspecting customer. In order to correct it, you just bring on your bank statement and the manager has to call a superior to get permission to get it refunded. The whole time they are treating you like its your fault and youre a criminal. All the cashiers are walking around asking it wasnt me was it? Guilty conscience? No one apologized or questioned, cashier, or counted the drawer to see if it was short cash. This has happened at least three more times to friends sine we stopped going to this location. BE WARNED!!!!!!

I had read reviews for this Popeyes and was ready to go to the one on 192, but decided to give it a chance. That was my first mistake. When I drove around the building there was a white car waiting for its order. My granddaughter and I went inside it with another couple ahead of us they gave them their order they wanted mild chicken but there was none it was in the fryer. After two employees shouted back to the gentleman to ask how long the chicken would be they were met with being ignored after they tried this a few times the female employee went back and looked at the time or herself. Now they ask the people if they would like the spicy chicken they both replied now they wanted mild. We also had to wait for the mild chicken and as they were getting our order ready they remembered that that poor person outside in the drive-through lane was still waiting on their order. Now mind you the whole time this was going on that shift manager whats back there doing I dont know why. This Popeye crew sure needs more training and they need to be ready for the crowds that go there. I will continue to go to the Popeyes on 192. I can only hope that this Popeyes will get better.

I have visited this store at least 6 times since it recently opened. They were a bit disorganized at the beginning and have not progressed forward at all. The wait staff is always friendly but they looked a bit bewildered if not embarrassed. Customers were waiting for their orders, apparently for sometime. The drive thru had cars backed up halfway around the building. This is a small Popeyes with only 2 registers. One at the counter and one at the drive thru. One would think that with only to incoming orders at any given time that there would be a quick turn around for the customers orders. Not the case. Never the less,I took a chance and started to place my order. When I asked for my first side of coleslaw I was informed they did not have any. Not wanting to wait for an order they could not fulfill I left and went to another Popeyes on West Melbourne where I was greeted with a friendly smile and prompt service. It is obvious management at this location needs some serious Restaurant 101.

Does anyone even work here? I have been to this location MULTIPLE times. WORST service ever. Im thinking they need a whole NEW staff and possibly management. On multiple occasions they did not have chicken made at a place that sells chicken? I have seen the workers stand around and talk and not do their job. When I surprisingly received my food, it was the wrong thing, items forgotton, or cold. My recent visit was my last hope that it would be decent, I waited in the drive-thru for 10+ minutes without anyone saying anything on the speaker. Waited another 5 minutes for a simple question to be answered because she had to get a manager to confirm, complete my order FINALLY just to be told that they didnt have anything cooked and it would be another 15-19 minutes. Ridiculous. If you really want Popeyes, go a bit further and go to the one by the mall

-------------------------------------------Negative 5 Stars ---------------------------------------------My wife and I went into the New Popeyes at 725 Palmbay rd. NE West Melbourne Florida on 6/27/2017 on Palm bay Road off of I-95 and Palm bay road, there was one person in front of us and the employee taken 38 Minutes to take their order and fill it, then my wife and I ordered two meals and a large red beans and rice, it taken 35 minutes to get our order. We went to find a seat and every table was dirty, very dirty and a lot of food all every the floor, I ask the Manager if they could have a table cleaned for us and she replied with there are the napkins you can do it your self, the employees were arguing and fighting with each other every time the manager went out side for a break, about 5 times in the 30-40 min. that we were there.

1 star ONLY because 0 was not an option. 40 minutes in the drive through is absolutely ridiculous! On top of that when I was given the total and it was $5 more than it should have been, I corrected them and when they gave up telling me all $5 was tax and corrected the price all of a sudden there was no spicy Chicken so I had to pull up to a spot and wait for what was told to me would be "3 minutes" turned into 20! Then I wasnt given any sauce that I asked for twice. I went in to get it and all 3 employees I had to speak to just to get sauce were all very very rude. I am thoroughly disappointed and annoyed. I will drive the extra distance to the one on 192 from now on. I will not be returning to this location under any circumstance.

Absolutely terrible service. I waited 30 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE. Then when I finally get up to the window, they had messed up my order. I complained and was told, with an attitude, that they were short staffed. That is not my problem, nor should I have to wait that long for a drive through order. I shouldve went to chick fil a down the road. I then pulled forward like I was asked, brought my order five minutes later, then realized they forgot my drinks. I then walk inside and say that I didnt get my drinks and they were absolutely clueless. It then tooo another five minutes for my to receive two drinks. Never going to Popeyes again! I didnt even want to give a star- but google wouldnt let me!
