This location is okay, as long as you park and go inside to get your order. Never, never use the drive through. They will mess up your order at the window regardless of what it is. Staff is pretty nice and the store is clean, but Ive never once had a good experience with drive-through. The first time, I brushed it off, but I went back through a couple weeks later and it the entire order was wrong. Wrote to the store and was sent a letter detailing how he/she (Im assuming the manager/owner) couldnt find reliable people, blah blah. But I was provided with free meal vouchers... so I returned a few weeks later... used a voucher at the drive through and the order was... you guessed it... wrong. Strangely, when I go inside (which is always now), my order is correct every single time. Go figure.

I have been going to this location for awhile now. Everytime I go in theres always a problem. They never have enough of the chicken I ordered. They are out of one or another of the side dishes. I have had to wait a long time for my order. I overlooked it each time because I do like KFC chicken. This time, tho, I went in and they could not cash a $50.00 bill, my order would and usually does tally nearly $30.00. I asked for the manager and he directed me to walk around the corner to get it cashed, then come back. That was the last time for me.

Employee who took order was great. The food not fesh but the wedges because we had to wait on them. My chicken was so dry it was lile chewing a piece of paper. The lobby was very dirty. All table tops were dirty. 1 employee while we were there came out into the lobby and swept half of the floor. I know that they were about to close but I still paid full price so I should have received fresh food at a clean place. I just moved over to this side of town. And I am not sure if I will be back!

I was going to go to store at lake Washington and Wickham. The bad reviews here seem a management problem. Cleanliness and being friendly to customers while serving freshly cooked food seems like such a simple concept which obviously has escaped the management of this restaurant. Hopefully it gets better rather than closing the doors as so many other locations have done. PLEASE get to work and save this KFC location. Thank you.

Went to this one on Lake Washington and was serviced by shift manager....he was rude and unhelpful. I should have left but went ahead and ordered 3 meals to go. Chicken in my meal was RAW, my husbands chicken way past old and expired, and my sons old as well...we all got wedges that would break your teeth! Unacceptable and they just do not care at this location....no wonder why they were dead slow!

disgusting. pieces were the smallest I have ever received here. Thankfully, I have been trying to get my family to stop asking for KFC and I think today I have finally succeeded. Most have been a sale on small chickens from their distributor. Thuis store has been going downhill for the last 5 years. Not much further they can go. even tried to call the store to complain and got a fax number.

This place sucks. Thats all to say. Been there three times. Strike out.The owner stands out front with a clip board writting down license plates to tow cars that stay too long in the parking lot. Also they stop cooking at 7:00pm to make sure there is nothing to waste. So you cant order. You get what is still there. What a joke.

Was given a free drink and free cookies and offered apologies for a 20 minute wait to get grilled chicken. The food was pretty good once I received it and overall was happy with the experience despite the wait.
