This place is horrible! The wait in the drive thru is always close to 20mins. They will almost everytime tell you to pull forward and park so their timer doesnt go off. The speaker is also broken so they are taking orders at the window which has extended wait time to nearly 1/2 hour. Management is horrible and service needs immediate improvement.

This place sucks!!! always have to pull in parking lot to wait.. and chicken has funny after taste. probably using old cooking oil. Thought it was me till I tried the other Popeyes. Its a little father but worth it... Chicken was fire!! If you go there youll never come back here...

I went with me and my family one day and #1 the customer service was terrible and #2 they didnt complete with my dipping sauce. I know it sounds pretty petty but they just took my chicken threw in the box and just served it tome the way it is.Their attitude was terrible!

They have great customer service, the manager which was also my cashier (Sheridan) goes above and beyond to make customers happy. Only bad thing was that the a.c. broke and it was over 80°F inside the restaurant, hopefully corp gets it fixed for them soon.
