Hola les comunicó mi experiencia hoy Julio 5, 2016 a las 3:00pm fui atendida por la Mánager Leslie Roman. Debo decir que fue un honor conocerla ya que estaba en la linea. El servicio al cliente fue excepcional. El crew fue amable y tomando la orden y haciendo la orden perfect. El lugar estaba limpio, todos sus alrededores. Empleados con sus uniformes y guantes asegurándose de nuestra satisfacción como clientes. Aquí una fan y clienta regular. Me encanta la calidad de la comida y sabor. Excelente lugar para visitar y sentarse a comer en familia o amigos. Se los recomiendo. Bien contenta. Crew Felicidades!! Sigan así... Gracias.

NO WAY! I am super dispointed about the manger Juan! Man I have never been treated the way I was! I work in the neighboring store Bestbuy and I always order food on the app! But today I ordered and ended up getting out 6mins after they closed, so I called wondering about the order I placed and paid for already! I spoke with the manger Juan and he said "where closed and I cant give you a refund for not picking up your food but however I can put the bag by the outside and if u happen too pick it up". So I kinda thought this sounded off and a little rough but I thought maybe there all locked up and theres no one but workers? BUT NO I get there to see about 20 customers still inside eating and talking! WOW I was shocked seeing my bag outside on a bench like i was some animal!!! I LEFT IT!! and I called Juan FURIOUS !!! Saying " MAN THATS WRONG U LEAVE MY FOOD OUTSIDE LIKE THAT! AND U STILL HAVE A FULL SET OF CUSTOMERS! He tried offering free food and said he understand but I just feel so shocked and disappointed !! I paid just too have food put outside like some dog!!

Only reason its getting 2 stars was because of the cashier Daneishalis. She was the most helpful of all. First the guy getting the orders started kept telling all of us this he was new and getting used to it. I think they should have someone there if hes not sure what he is doing. The person in front of me asked for a bowl with white rice and an extra tortilla on the side. She got a burrito with brown rice and he let 2 tortillas burn in the press. The girl putting the topping was trying to go too fast and not listening talking over the customer. Again the person in front of me got the wrong toppings and when they asked for another bowl she completely ignored her. I havent been in here for about 3 months and was very surprised how it has changed in customer service.

The employees are inexperienced and the service they give is crappy. I repeatedly asked the employee making my burrito for pinto beans. She then put a heap of black beans on my burrito, despite my attempts to stop her. I then asked her to make a new burrito, but she said I would have to pay for both! The two employees at the counter have a thick accent, almost to the point you cannot understand them. While my burrito was being made, the younger of the two employees pointed at me and said something in Spanish to the other employee, who started laughing. This pissed me off. All in all, dont eat here. Screw this place.

Well, first off NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER ONLINE AGAIN! I went to pick up at 12:30 had to wait 20 more minutes and on top of that the food was super cold the "extra chicken" I had ordered was less than what they regularly give. I had ordered beans. No beans what so ever was given. Literally could count the pieces of lettuce on one hand. I called to let them know about the issue. Okay no problem told me to go back and theyll replace it for me. Literally waited an hour for my order and when I got back home trusting everything was fine the same mistake was done. AGAIN! Will not go back to that chipotle ever again.

This location all depends on the team members working. Some are wonderful and have excellent guest service and others seem to hate the world. If you get the good ones your experience here will be great! If you get the nasty ones you will definitely be notifying the manager. As for food it is wonderful they give you what you want all the rice and veggies you need,just dont ask for half pork half chicken they get very upset and soooo confused that they have to change the portioning.Other than that i give it a go.!

I LOVE Chipotle, just not this location. Its always busy the line is usually out the door, employees are rude and you have to tell them what you want multiple times because they are in such a rush to get you out they dont listen to what you say, the portions are half the size, they fill the spoon then dump out half of it. When you get chips and salsa they only fill the cup half way. It might be because they are so busy they portion out less product, either way try and avoid this location if you can.

Place is fair noting to brag about, they need a bigger place very unconfortable lines end up out the door due to space issue, and the slowness of the service staff, tables are always dirty and not wiped with sanitizer which just spread all the germs all over. Place really need better management. I guess those rating this place excellent must work in this place or are having their family rate it high or they just really never been out to eat.

I visited this particular restaurant on 3/14/16 and ordered to go for my son who loves!!!!!!! Chipotle. When i get home he is excited to see the bag and eats right away. After a few bites he says mommy this is nasty, I do not like it! This was really weird to me since he loves Chipotle, so i taste it and the rice was SUPER salty. You felt the clumps of salt in the rice. TERRIBLE! They should be tasting everything before putting it out.

This is The best place! The managuer are lovely and the team try to make your food in the way that you like, I think this is the best thing that can happen when you going to eat in a place. I live in celebration and I have a chipotle closer than this one but I rather to drive all the way to the loop; keep it like that guys theres people that notices and appreciate youre attitude when its the time to serve <3

Dont even bother ordering ahead here using the app. On multiple occasions Ive ordered ahead of time, showing up on time, and my order is never ready. Not well organized or managed. Cant handle the rush during peak times either. Access is terrible as you have to schlep through the nightmare of the Loop parking lot. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on OBT instead.

Chipotle isnt creative, its the same simple menu, which is good, but not great! I like how they try their best to get fresh local food, weather its organic or natural or non-GMO but lets face it, many restaurants are turning to this motive now. You can go to Tijuana Flats in Hunter Creek a mile up the road and have the same great food but way more options!
