Changed the menu, prices up $2-$3, sandwiches have less than half the meat than before, almost all bread now. So disappointing! Been going for years, but theres too much competition out there for a good sandwich. Whoever convinced them to make these changes should be fired, I want my old Firehouse Subs back!

The subs are consistent from visit to visit. They were very busy with people still without power from the hurricane yet still was just as good, properly made to order and people had the chance to charge there cell phones at wall outlets.

"Welcome to firehouse" then it is like 90 seconds before you are ordered and sitting and then another 5min max to be eating a hot sub. I admit I dont go more than once a week but it is in my work lunch rotation more than other places.

Good sandwiches, great selections of drinks and chips. The staff here are always pleasant. Unfortunately the parking can be a bit tight, and no outdoor seating. Highly recommended location if you enjoy firehouse subs.

Food is of the quality you expect from Firehouse. Staff isnt very sharp, make sure you have them repeat your order back to you if youre doing a call ahead and you probably want to check the bag before you leave.

First time in a Firehouse Subs. Good experience. The counterperson explained the system and made some suggestions. I had a NYer and it was very tasty. Very clean shop great experiance.

LOVE That they give you a free chips and drink on Sunday if you bring your church bulletin! Very nice and friendly staff! Also that new drink machine is great.

Firehouse has never let me down with the Beef and cheddar brisket! SO good! and top it off with their pickles on the side! Also, the staff is fast and nice.

They have THE best subs in the whole Bay Area. If youre thinking about a good place for lunch, this place is perfect. They have fire hats for the kids too.
