Very very very Poor drive thru service. I went there coz Im in a hurry running late for my work. I ordered chicken teriyaki but they dont have any. I said angus steak and she said 10 minutes. I said just give me whatever you have coz Im late. Then the 2 cars in front of me sitting for 20 freaking minutes. I cant believe it. They should of just pull them over on the side to prevent traffic. And just go out and give there order rather than kept the line so freaking long. Im so mad that I made this review. I never in my life write a review for any food cuisine/restaurant. This is my first one. If theres a zero star I will put zero star.

I just came out of your restaurant. My husband and I eat here every single evening because we work a lot. Im a regular customer and my servings are always large. I just came out of there asked for my normal side of chow mein. The lady gives me a half scoop of chow mein. I had to go in and buy more chow mein. I told her I wont be back. She said thats fine. What an unprofessional hateful worker. You just lost us as customers. I want the regular size portions I pay for not half ass. You throw all of your food in the trash at night. Shame on you!!!!

During busy times the food is fresh. During slow times all the food is hard and cold and soggy. No one cares at this place. Half of them speak absolutely no English and the other half are so rude. If you go here I highly suggest to go at peak times. The panda on park Blvd and 19 is the best. This one you can visit anytime. However they dont speak good English either. To top it off we were here tonight and all the drinks were out of order due to the orders not arriving at the East bay store.

This place has a pathetic selection of food. You cant even get steamed chicken and broccoli. While i was here a lady walked to the front and wanted more beef in her beef and broccoli, she literally had three pieces of beef in a 7$ plate of broccoli. This place is not for those who have ever had good Chinese food. Crap selection. Overpriced. Weird americanized environment reminiscent of a panera bread, that tries to elude to an enjoyable experience and fails. Go elsewhere.

Not super impressed by this place. The food portions were quite small for the price. They were very busy, and you get to watch them make the food, so at least I knew my food was fresh. Seating is minimal. Largest table there has like 4 chairs. Food taste was just okay. Fortune cookies sound like they were written by pre-school kids. Parking lot is small as well. Next time Ill probably pay a couple of extra dollars and go down the street to the Chinese buffet.

Vacationing and decided to stop at Panda Express today for lunch. The food was not good. The Chicken bowl with rice was just terrible. The chicken was overcooked, the rice had hard pieces and the crab ragoon and egg roll was burned. My suggestion to you try to represent your company better than this. Please try to do the best job you can do. If you cant do your best please ask for more training. Thank you! Have a good day!

Came by at 850 when the location closes at 930 and was offered an item that was immediately revoked because she was "closing up for the night", was then told that since it was near closing time there would be a limited menu availability. Im sorry, but 40 minutes before closing is ample time to prepare small batches for you late evening customers.

The portion size was very small, and they didnt tell me you only get five (5) shrimp. This joke for Im up charge over $1.50 on top meal get shrimp. As you start your order you see how they will not put meat in to-go contaner first, this means you have tell them rice or lo- main just like mall food court.

It is a panda express. Great food if you go with the right expectations. If you have not been here before, think of it as the americanized asian food version of McDonalds. It has always been good around lunch, but I have not been around other hours so I cannot speak to the experience in slower times.

Its hit or miss at this place. I ordered the fried rice, grill teriyaki chicken, and orange chicken. Fortunately all the items were freshly cooked. The reason I gave it three stars was because the grill chicken was overcooked. On some of the chicken, the outer parts were hard.

Noodles like eating shoe strings and the meat ... THAT WAS MEAT? Indistinguishable between beef and chicken or ?????. This chain should close or completely revamp their menu. The Styrofoam box tasted better than the food.

I felt for Panda today, again disappointed. Fried rice not cooked properly, had burnt eggs and the orange chicken not good. Use to buying Panda at least once per week but I think I am going to take a break for a while.

Ive eaten at probably 25 PE across TX,GA,OH and OK The crew here is second to none-Courtney and her crew have the best customer service Ive seen. Food was also fresh and service quick even at 12:15 pm

Ive never been a fan of the chain itself but decided to give this location another try. If youre looking for something comparable to what youd have delivered, look elsewhere. Just not for me.

Some Entrees are a $1.25 - $1.50 more and the menu doesnt specify that. They also try to up sell you on items you didnt order. Only given 4 stars because I inquired about a job working here.
