Worst ever! Does not even deserve a star. I have been here prior to tonights horrible experience so I know what to order and what I like. Tonight I went with family and friends (9 of us in total) to celebrate a friends birthday. Tonight I ordered the Alfredo Pasta Dinner and it arrived to me cold and so was the bowl the food was in. The waiter took the food and time went on as the rest of the group pretty much finished their meal when mine still had not come. When the waiter asked how everything was we reminded her that I got mine very cold and was still waiting to get food. We waited a few minuets longer and the food finally arrived at the time that everyone else was finished. I started to eat and it tasted nothing like it was suppose to and the sauce was watery and very thin. I only had two bites and was not happy with it. When the waiter came and took plates she asked if I wanted a box I told her no it didnt taste at all right and was very watery. The waitress said nothing and left the plate there in front of me. The waitress then stood at the end of the table and addressed our group saying she hoped everything was well, happy birthday, except for that person with her dish and pointed to me with my dish that I had problems with. I left with the meal paid for even though they were told I was not satisfied and there was problems. After leaving and once out of the restruant I called to speak with the manager and explain the horrible night I had and he hung up on me. I was polite, reserved, and decent enough to discuss the problem out of the restruant where others could here. The restruant waitress and the manger was very rude and extremely wrong!!! My suggestion to others is do NOT go there unless you want to deal with people that operate on an immature level.

I ordered food last Wed. And when I got home and went to take a bite all I saw was a huge long black hair, being my husband and I have blonde hair you can imagine the disgust. I wanted my whole order replaced. Furious I called the resturant and was told by Tyler the manager that I should dig through the other things we ordered to see if there was anymore hairs and to just eat it. Are you kidding me? I will never eat there again and unless you want to eat hair that mind you they admitted came from there resturant because they told me there person cooking has long black hair, do not eat there. After talking to the "manager" Tyler Huntley numerous times and just wanting my order replaced again his only solution was to dig through the rest to make sure there was no more hair and eat it. Completely disgusted my husband and I threw away the whole order. I was told it doesnt even matter if I talked to the owner Keith that he would not do anything about it either. They admitted the hair came from their people and resturant and did nothing and were completely rude to my husband and I. Never again! Dont waste your hard earned money on this place.

Some of these reviews sound super fake as far as the low stars and saying that its the worst place ever. This is the only place in town I actually enjoy the food. Ive eaten at every place in Crystal River and this is by far the best. The food is great, not to greasy & doesnt give my husband heart burn like most of these other places. Yes, the staff could be little on top of things when eating in but we always have fast delivery even when we are ordering quiet a bit of food. I would absolutely say, dont listen to the bad reviews and go try it for yourself because it really is great food.

My wife and I have enjoyed several evenings out at Brothers Pizza with good food and service until tonight. After placing our order for the house special, and waiting almost a half hour, our waitress informs us she failed to submit our order "WOW" and then she she walks away and comes back and tries to placate us with a free appetizer -- get real! If I wanted an appetizer I would have ordered one. The least the owner manager could have done was come over himself and apologized and offered a free dinner. A ruined evening out. Time to find another pizza place.

Best service around, great staff who are very upbeat. Place is packed on the weekends and there will probably be a wait Friday/Saturday/Sunday for lunch/dinner. Has two tables outdoors for nice days. Great pizza, delicious wings, great Italian dinners. One of the few restaurants who serves mango habanero wings! Daily specials and soups. Decided we would come back often after just the first visit. If youre in the area, I highly recommend eating here. Take out is also available for dinners to go.

WORST PIZZA PLACE IN TOWN! I ordered 2 chciken buffalo wraps with fries it was so soggy and disgusting as the total was $15 with the tip and delivery fee included I gave the guy a $20 and he didnt give me any change back. I called to complain so we got a pizza and our $5 back but the pizza was DRENCHED in grease. I would not waste your money and go here. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Plus after eating the pizza I threw up.

Just had an experience I would like to share with everyone. Just had dinner here tonight and starters ordered sprite served something dark soda, ordered knots and cheese sticks never got cheese, after the server reached over my 8 week old baby I asked her not to do it again and yet she did so had to ask again . Didnt seem like she cared or even wanted to be there and could have cared less if we were there either

This place is absolutely horrible. Worst customer service Ive experienced yet. After waiting over 3 hours for our food, they charged our credit card multiple times. We contacted the manager and asked him to review it for us, and he refused to even look at it for us. Told us "too bad" .... file a claim with your bank. BEWARE- do not waste your time or money here. They definitely do not deserve your business.

The best pizza i have had in my entire life ! i do love pizza and wherever we travel we usually do order it. The ONLYYYY NEGATIVE ! is that this restaurant has ruined my ability to eat pizza anywhere else as it fails drastically i comparison to the AMAZINGNESSS that is Brothers Pizza ! :) You wont regret eating there !

Had their pizza four times now and never had better. I am a particular pizza person. For me, its all about the crust and overall taste. Not sure what experience some of these other reviewers had. Go try it yourself. Dont hesitate.

OK, had lunch here today while the place was packed. Service was friendly and pretty awesome; food was plentiful, quick, and good. I just called in my dinner order from the online menu as I expect to be just as pleased.

I cannot say enough about the pizza. It was absolutely the best I have eaten in 50 years. Great taste, and quality ingredients. Service was just fine. I live 40 miles away and will gladly return just for the pizza.
