I ordered a pizza and when it arrived it looks as if the driver threw it in the back seat and didnt give a $#$%. They told me the pizza boxes are smaller now. No its because the box was on an angle and it slid all to one side. So Im told they will bring another pizza out. I get a phone call and told they cant because I had one slice and cant get me another pizza. Bad service bad Manager and will not eat here again. Didnt even offer to refund half or anuthing. I will be sure to tell everyone how bad they suck.

Poor service Called to place an order for delivery and told them exactly what I wanted. Was told I would be charged $17.95 plus $3.00 delivery fee. Was actually charged 27.60. Called back and was then told that there was a charge for toppings of $2.50 each topping. But was not told that when I placed the order and when I asked to speak with the manager I was told we do not have one. Cancelled my order and waiting for refund of $27.60 for one pizza.

I have been a long time twice weekly customer. I order delivery since they dont have a functioning soda fountain machine and its not very clean. Delivery takes over an hour. Today after 90 min I was told my orde was cancelled because the driver couldnt find my home. The owner yelled st me for being upset and bellowed "maam the customer is NOT ALWAYS Right." The service is terrible abc not worth the decent pizza.

Manager has bad attitude. I came in to pick up my pizza and he told me it would be a few minutes and showed me the pizza in the oven and then proceeded to sell that pizza to someone walking in picking up.then again did the same thing so I waited for 30 min for the pizza he sold twice to some one else. I would have walked out but I had all ready paid for it.

Worst delivery AND customer service there could possibly be. Always taking over an hour and a half for delivery and when you call they dont even have the decency to be nice or "apologetic". Wont order from here again. My order is ALWAYS messed up and anything but the pizza tastes awful. Double thumbs down. Not to mention your food shows up cold.

When first opened taste was better. Looks very cheap presentation. Very low budget operation. Looks like 1960 mom and pop pizzeria in small neiberhood in a small town. Needs a better decor and a more modern menu. Looks and feels very old and run down. Pizza needs work...

this is definitely a mom and pop shop. The place looks old but sturdy. The food on the other hand is amazing ! Its seriously the best NY style pizza in Florida! I tell all my friends about it and they all love it ! This place will get the recognition it truly deserves !

Im originally from philly just moved down here and we couldnt find any good pizza places than we tried ny king pizza and were so glad we didnt its the best ny pizza thats anywhere close to the real deal. So my family and i go there to get great pizza.

We was 2 times there and will come back again! Pizza is delicious! Price is little bit higher but it worth it. The only thing I recommend to change is the paper plates, they are so weak and make it looks bad.

The staff was absolutely amazing! I went with my lady and son. They treated us like family. The food was AMAZING as well. I highly recommend this place. Its close to Lego Land as well.
