This is the second and the last time that we ever go here. We came in today. No other customers were there. First thing that I noticed was the dirty plate on the table that was made. After about a 20 minute wait. My husband went by the counter and no one was there. He then called the phone number off of the menu thinking that someone would answer the phone and no one did. The women who is the daughter of the owners then came in and said are you ready? We told her that we were ready A LONG time ago and she said I had put the bread in the oven for you and that was why I took so long. We then placed the order for 2 plates of Cheese Ravioli and 1 order of meatballs. Italian dressing on our salad. The bread then came out and I had asked her for butter. She said to me in an smart argumentative attitude, we DO NOT have butter, we already have olive oil on the bread. I told her that I would be more than happy to pay for the butter. She then came back with the butter that was about 1 inch thick. I picked up the bread which was NOT fresh out of the oven and was actually COLD and was like stale bread that was put back in a microwave to heat. The butter was hard as a rock and when I tried to spread it on a piece of bread, it tasted just like a rotten refrigerator smells. Our salad came out and that was fine, but did not have enough dressing on it. Then our Raviolis came out and there were 2 orders of meatballs instead of the 1 order that we ordered. The meatballs were $5.00 extra and were not any bigger than the small meatballs in a can of spaghettios. The sauce was actually very good. but there is NO WAY that these raviolis were homemade. I am Sicilian and I made these my entire life homemade. She came to the table and asked if everything was ok. She noticed that I was only eating the filling and not the dough. I told her that the dough was way too thick and it was not cooked long enough. She remembered that i came there the one other time and stated that she thought that I liked it then, I reminded her that remember last time I said that they were too doughy and that they did not taste homemade. The bill was $35 for the two lunch specials. While we were eating another BIG party came in for a meeting and she was more than happy to cater to these people. We will NEVER come back to this restaurant for these reasons: No.1 WE are the people who keep this place in business and do not deserve AT ANY TIME to EVER feel insulted and reprimanded for asking for anything. No.2 Customer Service is EVERYTHING in owning any business and we work HARD for our money than to spend it on a restaurant that takes no pride in what they provide. No.3 The Food is NOT worth what they are charging for. They say that they have been in business since 1989. I have no idea how. They have no servers at all. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I have been going here every week for pizza. I let my staff have pizza. well they used to be good.n have delicious food. but i went there last week and the lady burned my pizza and told me to wait 15 mins. she made me a new one. i didnt complain about waiting. then i ordered pizza this week that was all burned from the bottom. my staff was so hungry they ate most of the pizza. i called the owner about wat she can do abt the burned pizza. she said that she needs to see the whole pizza and wont refund us. and i explained to her that iam her good customer. ican bring the 4 slices in the box. she disagreed &then when i said she was one my fav pizza places and i wont come back. she said she doesnt care, dont come back! so VERY RUDE PPL! watch out also, they often tried giving me the wrong change too! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Wonderful food, wine and atmosphere! We have over 10 years of dining experience here and I can honestly recommend Mama Catenas. Everything is fresh, wholesome and made with love. I have never had a bad meal here, never!!! If nothing else stop in for a pizza and meet the family. They have made a few changes over the last couple of years and this is fast becoming one of my favorite restaurants! Theyve held on to the well-seasoned prized dishes and brought in some new fresh ideas... a great wine selection, more seating, a wine bar! Check this place out! Try a wine and cheese flight! :)

Be careful with your bill. I was overcharged on the already over priced wine ($8.00 a small glass for cheap "house wine"). Also, they rounded up pizza price by a couple of dollars explaining that multiple servers touched the bill. Pizza sauce with red peppers and onions topping too sweet for a pizza. To top it off I got cut off by an old fat Italian dropping off two fat old bags by the front door. The bastard got out of his car and cussed me out after he cut me off. Never again!!!

AUTHENTIC itallian food. Try the blind dinning where they will cook 4 or 5 courses based on what is in season or freshed or really just whatever moves them. It is amazing. The 1st course is cheeses, meats, and bread baked in their stone oven and that is worth the trip/price alone. A few times I had as good food in Italy but never better and nothing in this country has come close.

Lovely hospitality and excellent food. We were a party of 6 and all happy with our food including the salad and dressing. Our server could not have been more accommodating. Look forward to another visit to try other things. I had the saltimbocca which was delicious. People who live near there are lucky!
