Horrible experience all the way around!!!! Stay away. Service was terrible, food cooked wrong, rude staff, wait forever for a drink, and so on. They charge the same as other hibachis but dont even come close. The chef says absolutely nothing while cooking. Didnt do anything other than cook the food incorrectly.. Staff had to be reminded 4 to 5 times for a drink, a spoon, chopsticks, etc. When someone finally comes to the table to clear a plate we mentioned how gross the food was and that we were so disappointed. Finally after waiting and waiting on the way out I asked to speak to the manager. I politely asked if this was acceptable to her when people say their food was terrible. We couldnt eat a majority of the food. She was abrasive and tried to act like we were rude because we expected a drink or our food to be cooked how we asked. Their lack of concern for service was just mindboggling. Worried Im going to end up with some illness from their food. We only ended up there because the 1st restaurant we stopped at had an hour wait and our 2 year was ready for bed. The place was empty, there was no reason for anything that happened during our meal. Fathers Day meal ruined and they didnt give a flying hoot. They were rude and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been to many different Hibachi restaurants and always had a pleasant experience. We drove 30 minutes to get to Osaka because we were in the mood for hibachi. What a MISTAKE! Looking back, getting up and leaving when they brought out our warm sushi would have been the best course of action. Or leaving once they threw everything on the grill together (raw meat, veggies, rice, noodles). Or maybe once we saw the meat I think was suppose to be chicken. Or even when the cook didnt speak to any of us. However having a positive, hopeful attitude we stayed. Hindsight is 20/20. I was able to eat 1/3 of the noodles and a few bites of tasteless steak before I couldnt do it anymore. I seriously considered getting up and just walking out. However being a decent person, couldnt do that either. I did let the hostess know what a terrible experience the restaurant was, and she could have cared less. So after paying nearly $60 for terrible food, we left. I was a bit annoyed she could have cared less about being a terrible restaurant, then I remembered this is a tourist town and people come and go. Well I just want to save anyone considering this place some money and disgust, youre better off at Wendys. Youd get much better customer service and food.

Terrible. Zero stars was not an option. Shame on us for not trusting the previous reviews and wanting to give them a chance. 1st drink ordered....they did not have, despite it being on the menu. Wifes drink did not come even after 4 reminders. My drink replacement, due to them not having what I ordered, was replaced with a drink they only had 1 of, which wasnt a big deal because they never came back so the 1 I finished before the chef came was the only 1 I ended up having. Food wasnt cooked as requested....at all. Chef did nothing at all as far as a typica hibachi. I am not a negative person and am looking for something redeeming to say, but I have nothing. Just before you actually order, look at the nasty blinds inside the entrance and then take a stroll to the ever so disgusting bathroom.

This place has the best lunch specials imaginable and the best prices to boot! The sushi is awesome. Weve been coming here for many years and never once have we been disappointed. We live on the Space Coast and it is 1 hour and 22 minutes away (61.6 miles) but we still come here to celebrate our birthdays several time a year. No other Japanese steakhouse even comes remotely close to how good this place is! Its a treat to watch the cook prepare the food right in front of you and place it on your plate. Dont waste your time on the bad reviews. They are most likely bogus. This place is the best in the state of Florida!

You get what you pay for. This Japanese hibachi restaurant is just Ok and the food is edible. From location, silverware, dinnerware, ambience, restrooms and service is place is 3/5 in my view. I have eaten in several 4/5 star places that are generally not located in Kissimmee. The focus is on quantity and not quality. Kissimmee is not exactly a very trendy or affluent area and this restaurant fits well with its surroundings. The only people who would give this restaurant a 5 star would be the ones who never had a good hibachi anywhere.

What was once an affordable dinner for a mediocre atmosphere is now a run down hibachi location. Sticky floor and greasy tables with an overpriced menu and no traditional hibachi entertainment. The owners need to upgrade this place with the money they are over charging guest. However, their food continues to be good which is why I gave them 3 stars. They do have an excellent sauce, which hasent changed for years.

This is my new favorite place! My roommate and I are hibachi junkies, and this little restaurant is by far our favorite! Decent prices, quaint atmosphere, great food... everything you could want in a steakhouse but without the wait or the crowd. We will definitely return.

Friendly staff and service was quick and friendly. Its close to the Walmart supermarket, so very convenient and much easier than having to cook after shopping. Way cheaper than any other Sushi restaurant Ive been to, and just as tasty. :) Definitely going again.

Best in town! Do not be fooled by the show at other places. This long time family owned business has the best product, prices, and service. The dressing is in matched often duplicated never replicated. I love this place... You should visit today!

One of my favorite places in Kissimmee for lunch. Their lunch special is a great value, comes with a soup and a salad, and gives you a large portion of the entree, which is delicious and cooked right in front of you.

Good tasting hibachi for the price. The chef lacked showmanship, but again, for the price was a bargain. Chicken was tender, scallops were juicy, and the shrimp stole the show.
