Upon walking up the restaurant I first noticed something was wrong because none of the exterior illumination was on. I was at first unsure if they were open. Walking in I was greeted by an insanely rude older waitress. I notice there are stacks of dishes piled up on one of the center tables. Wait about 10 minutes before a server comes to take our drink order. The server then instead of placing our order stops at 3-4 other tables taking orders and drops about 20 covers on the cook at once. For next hour we watch as a soap opera happens in front of our eyes. The older waitress is ranting at the entire staff, no besides our waiter seems to be working. At one point a girl comes out of the kitchen crying and holding a phone. The older waitress is ranting at everyone cooks, servers, everyone. Our food is now severed piece meal one plate at a time first our fries which are cold, the tables around all receive items one at a time. I watch the rest of order sit waiting to be picked up because our waiter is slammed and is the only one working. The older waitress would stand there sipping a soda not helping. At one point there is no other staff besides our very busy waiter on the floor, the waiter actually had to wander over and turn off the fryer alarm because there was no one staffing the grill. The entire staff cooks and all is in the back listening to the one waitress rant. The most bizarre hour I have ever spent in a restaurant.

When we arrived a young man who as I later found out works in the back and a young woman approached us. The young lady started to speak and the rude young man with black framed glasses appt. 6ft tall stuck his hand up in front of the beautiful young black lady as if to say shut up. I asked him to "please dont stick your hand in her face". "thats really rude". He copped an attitude and we chose our own table. He placed the menus on the table and whispered something in her ear and walked away. The service from the beautiful young lady was spot on and she was attentive and polite. I felt bad that any man would treat a woman in the fashion that the young man showed. I felt even worse for the young lady as I know she was embarrassed by his actions. Please please review customer service skills with everyone including kitchen staff. Also review or establish employee relations and communication skills. If these were implemented that embarrassing situation could have been avoided. The food was good, the tea was great. Thank you for you time and please consider my suggestions.

My bf wanted to have a burger, so we went there. He got the crunchy bacon avocado ranch burger with onion rings, and I got their vegetarian black bean burger which tasted literally like nothing! No spices, no salt, nothing. I just couldnt eat it! Our server was a young, nice lady; she told the issue to the manager who came immediately to our table and apologized. He also told me that the burger is a new product and they still work on it! However, the staff is super friendly and helpful! The place has 50s style interior design; there are booths and it is clean.

A national restaurant set in the 50s. Friendly service with family friendly atmosphere. They have the best milkshakes in town, and serve delicious greasy burgers just like old times. I like the fact when you receive your shake they give you the rest that was in the blender which is very good for those who likes good portion size. The waiters/waitresses and cooks also dress in 50s attire. Old Coca-Cola ads also adorn the walls. Only downside is the price but other than that, good shakes in a clean 50s style restaurant.

I am a fan of the Johnny Rocket chain, so it is with great consternation that I write this review. My order actally smelled like beer. I can only assume the onions had fermented. My wifes hamburger was under cooked - to the point of being red. We were then charged adult prices for my childrens meals. Then, WORSE the manager would not take responsibilty for it! And refused to apologize on behalf of the restaurant! Bad cooks. Bad waitress. Bad manager. Bad idea! Just dont bother!

I loved the fact that as I came in I was greeted with a smile. My waiter PEDRO was awesome,gave a great recommendation, my son ate the smoke house he loved it, I had the Route 66 it was delicious, and my daughter ate the chicken tenders. Mr. Pedro was on top of our refills, and made sure we were satisfied with our food. My over all experience was espectacular!!!! When dinning, ask for Pedro

Great service!!! Great food!! Great people!!! Richard was are server . He was very outgoing and made us feel at home. The entire staff seemed to work as a team , the food was delicious & the service was excellent. I love the strawberry banana milkshake. It was so delicious and fresh! Will be back again soon and highly recommend this American restaurant.

The cheeseburger was completely red inside and when i looked down realized i had eaten a few bites of it! Horrible! Cook is new and inexperienced! Worst service! They didn't speak English well! I would rather starve!!

Everything was clean the staff was friendly and I liked the food. They got my husbands order wrong so they brought him the wrong food. he decided not to say anything since he didnt want to wait for them to cook a new burger. He did enjoy what he ate.

Great theme. The place was clean. My food was cold when it arrived. Even my bacon and cheese fries were cold which was a disappointment. Overall the food wasnt what I expected. The price for my meal was not what I paid to eat.

The fries are kids menu size, shake as well... this place is must forget. If you like to eat a good hamburger - they taste like nothing - please dont come here.
