Yesterday 2/11/2017, my friend and I stopped to get breakfast on our way out of town. My friend had one the coffee cups that allowed free refills which, she bought at that same Hardees, as long as you have the cup with you. She had been there at least 3 times in the last month and got her coffee free each time without any problems. The young man at the drive through informed us that they dont give free coffee to anyone, I tried to explain and he did not want to hear it but I could tell he was new so I said to him I would show him the cup when I got to to window. When I got there he had one of the managers there with him. Her name started with a D and informed us that she was the manager, she was immediately due and nasty, informed me that she was the manager and had been there over a year and he had never been told anything about any free coffee sales. Then she said she was the assistant manager an informed me they were a franchise and they dont have the follow corporate sales. So rather than argue with Miss always right I said fine Ill pay for a small coffee. She took my money and continued with an attitude. While the young man was gathering our order another lady that we had see many time and worked there for a long time came out and informed them hey do honor the free coffee and to give it to her. He ignored her, took my friends cup and pour the coffee into it, but I still paid for it. I can tell you I will never purchase anything at this Hardees again!

Definitely not the "fastest" Food But the people are awesome and the food is always fresh and hot. Plus That monster biscuit and Cajun chicken biscuit, the best fast food breakfast joint hands down!! Bunch of crybabies leaving one star because they had to wait a few minutes Keep that goodness coming my way Ill wait!

Wake up in the morning . go get u a chicken sandwich. Its almost four dollars. I dont usually get the meal because too much greasy foods will u know what!!/lol But anyway. They take so long because they make your food fresh. Call ahead if u are in a rush.. I had good service as well. Always pleasant.

Waited more then 15 minutes only to get cold food and poor customer service with an attitude from the manager for no less. When asked for the district manager, the store manager lied and said she didnt know. The Kangaroo employee did. I hope this lady gets fired.

I was just there at 11 a.m today and when I got home and opened my 1/3 pound thick burger it was ice Cold and bread was not toasted and Im 100 percent positive it was burger from yesterday microwaved... this place sucks I will never go back plus service is slow

My job ... Its hard work when were short of staff but we love serving our customers... As a assistant manager there we are working on getting fully staff .and working on getting our fresh food to you in a timely manner. Thank you for your support ...

Absolutely the slowest service in town. They keep going through new people in the drive thru and it has not helped. Not sure if they have a lack of management or what the problem is. I love Hardees and whish they would get it together.

Was in the drive thru for about 10 minutes, backed up went inside. Explained I had already ordered Im the drive thru but it wasnt moving. Once inside I received great customer service. And the food was so good that Im glad i waited

It would be 4 star but its always the slowest restaurant drive thru in town if your the only 1 in drive thru it will still be 7 to 10 min every time Ive now been here 5 min still havent took my money lol only person in line

Horrible service, RUDE MANAGER ! Dont treat employees with a bit of respect. Eve the manager DO NOT TALK TO CUSTOMERS WITH ANY RESPECT. I WILL NEVER EAT AT HARDESS AGAIN. SUCH A NASTY ROACH INFESTED RESTAURANT!!

Got lunch at the hardees girl wasnt even very pleasant with us and acted like she was out in space waited for 45 minutes to get our food with no others waiting, will never be back here again.
