I feel like I was robbed, seriously. A day or so ago I ordered a large mozzarella and tomato salad, a 6" chicken philly (modified) and fries. I ordered delivery. When I was placing the order over the phone I had a bad feeling already because the man taking my order seemed incompetent. I had to repeat it several times and that should have been my red flag just to go elsewhere. When the delivery arrived the man had a pizza, a box of chicken wings and fries, another side of fries, a SMALL salad, and my philly. I didnt order chicken wings or a pizza, and only ordered one side of fries, not two. What I did actually order was the wrong size even though I was charged for the larger size already. The sub was wrong, they added in mushrooms when I said none and didnt put mayo like I had asked. The bread of the sub was BURNT and the chicken tasted like cat food. The salad was good but they owe me the difference between the small size they gave me and the large I ordered. I was told I would be reimbursed such money the next morning, which I wasnt. Then I called, supposedly the manager wasnt around, I left my info... no call back. The fries and chicken wings and pizza the man gave me for free for my troubles were all hard and gross as if they had been sitting out all day. I ended up throwing it all away. It wasnt even edible. The only thing that was edible was the salad. So I spent $23 essentially for a small salad. SERIOUSLY?! I am a foodie and am very particular about how I like my food, which is why I was careful to order it as such. I will never order from here again and will now have to call my bank to dispute the few bucks they owe me because its the principle of the matter. Do not eat here. Im surprised I didnt get sick from the quality of this food, thats how bad it was, I almost wish I took a picture of the pizza and fries to show you how nasty it looked.

My co-workers and I have ordered from here twice. Yesterday, 6/17/2015 will be the last! Our first order was a couple weeks ago, after placing my order and telling them it was a cash order for a business (because several people were ordering), I was told I had to secure the order with my credit card?? Have never been asked to do this from any delivery company. Then after a ridiculous 1.5 hour wait, our food arrives. The delivery boy was missing one of the 4 meals that were ordered and had to go back to get it. The Strombolis that were ordered were no where near worth 12$!! And to top it off the food was cold. I chalked it up as maybe they were really busy and decided to order from them again yesterday. We tried to order online and were told they were out of something we wanted so we redid the order. Then we were told that it might take a little over an hour. Almost two hours later our food arrived, same delivery boy and again missing one of the ordered items. Only this time because the order was placed online and paid with credit card and tip was left at the time the order was placed, so the delivery boy then had no reason to come back with all the items we ordered and never did! I called them back asked for a manager and the woman who answered said there was no manager there, I told her about what happened, no credit was issued and still we did not get the missing item. She said to call a manager named Marriana at 5. I called at 5:15 to speak with this manager and was told she was not there and I left a message with my name and number, I never got a call back or any credit. This place SUCKS!!!! Very poor way to run a business, sad!

This was the first time ive ordered .. first i place an order over the website for the margate location. . Drive all the way there but noone is there so then i call and the location on powerline to see if the margate location is even open anymore. .. the guy who was actually very nice said no only for delivery but they dont deliver to me since im out of their deliver zone ..i thought that was odd since they are closer to me then the powerline location but ok no problem i then asked him if he was all open and could i get a delivery from them he said sure.. he was very nice and helpful he was the only good experience i had.. since i FINALLY placed my order at 8:50 he said 45 minutes to an hour.. so at 10:30 i was actually dialing the number to find out where my food was and my door bell rang..yay i thought since i was now starving along with my family .. we open up the freezing cold box to grab a slice of freezing cold slice of pizza ..the cheese was now hard the fries which i didnt want but they were out of onion rings.. were soft and cold and the wings were also cold and had no flavor ... maybe my expectations were too high .. but i definitely wont bother with this place ever again

I used to work at this restaurant. The employer Carlos Montanaro-Clavel is no good. He poses a health risk to not only the customers but his employees, too. He expects his employees to come in sick. I remember eating from this restaurant about 2 years ago and did not give it much thought, but who does when the food tastes delicious...After time spent behind the counter, I realized that almost everyone is touching the food and no one is washing their hands or using gloves when handling the customers orders.In addition, he rips off some of his customers and employees when he gets the chance. From my experiences, customers always come first. Customer satisfaction and safety are very important. By the way, I shouldve known what kind of person he is when I checked his background in both criminal and civil matters on Broward Clerk of Court. Montanaro-Clavels attitude is very unprofessional and inappropriate. His name-calling is foolish and just shows how immature he is.The type of person he is and how he runs a business is a joke. Carlos Montanaro-Clavel is a man without dignity who runs an illegitimate, bad business.

I ordered food from here yesterday the guy on the phone was the owner which was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my wife on the phone. He didnt even bring me my pizza i ordered and the soup was very cold and tasted like water. I called to tell them they forgot my pizza and asked to talk to the manger, the guy says i am the manger okay well i would like to talk to the owner he starts to laugh on the phone and says i am the owner, okay well i would like to be refund for the pizza and soup he says okay so this morning i went to check my bank account they was no money refund so i called today and asked to speck to the owner the young lady says he isnt available this place has good food but the people that work there are very rude and disrespectful except for the nice sweet driver i had to deliver my food. i would please like my money back i will take this off as soon as my money is refunded
