Good morning, Not sure how this restaurant gets a 4.5 rating? After my daughter got married Saturday the 18th we arrived at Panaretto to dig into some good Italian food as the rating indicated. I will start at the beginning. Seating was quick since we pretty much where the only ones but took awhile (there where only 8 of us) to get drinks unless you where ordering booze as well as silverware for the other half of the table. Keith our waiter was reasonably cheerful and had tons of recommendations which included about 4 different items on the menu he highly recommended as his favorites. He also noted that the owner was from Spain and all the recipies where her own. Should have figured it out then but? I guess I should just get down to the review. 1. The appetizers recommended where the Garlic Knots which we got about 5 orders. They are not Garlic Knots. They are baked dough with some melted butter. There was no hint of Garlic anywhere?? 2. The food came about 30 minutes later so it took a while. 3. The Lasagna that 3 of the party had was tasteless and bland. Comments at the table was they where eating wet drywall paste. You could tell it was not good because all 3 left a large portion of it on the plate to be taken away. 4. The Caesar salad I had was bland as well, no dressing I think or at least I didnt taste any. In all fairness the grilled chicken I ordered on it was pretty good but I had to salt it up. 5. The spaghetti and meatballs my daughter the bride had was the same, no taste, no garlic or any hint of it at all. She commented it was like eating straight tomato sauce. The meatballs, well lets just say they where meat at least. 6. The groom had Tuna and lets just say he was not impressed as well as having no seasonings or on the tasteless salad that was with it. 7. I did not hear any comments on the Lobster Ravioli so I assumed it was OK. We did let Keith know about the lack of taste and garlic etc and they did offer us some complimentary Gilato and a shot of something but as a non drinker I didnt much care about the shot part. So it was a nice offer none the less. Final thoughts, it was not worth the prices being charged for their signature items for $252 you would or should expect more. Some people like bland food but again for the prices I want Garlic in Italian food as well as Garlic Knots. One final, final thought. My wife was insulted by Keith the waiter in the following manner. He mentioned to her that he like her SON Mark Ruffalo. Mark is a cousin not our son and he is 49 years old, my wife is only 3 years older. I think that speaks for itself as far as the insult. Does not constitute a 4.5 rating, maybe a 2 at best.

This used to be a gourmet pizza place when Fabio owned it. Unfortunately he sold it and the new owners know nothing about running a restaurant. We went there last night, waited 30 minutes befor bread hit the table. No water. We were offered a cheaper bottle of wine than what we ordered and when we got the correct wine it was very warm. Even though the restaurant had only four tables occupied they managed to give our pizza to some other table with no apologies. By then a large group had arrived and our pizza was now last in line. We finally walked out which is the first time ever that we had done that. Tre was the manager and his attitude was so casual that he didnt seem to care if we left or not. To bad. Avoid at all cost!

Terrible service. One waiter for the whole place. To begin I got a filthy fork, it was recently used since it even stained the napkin with red sauce. We got a sandwich with burnt bread. We waited and waited to actually get soup and salad, and then waited some more a personal pizza and the sandwich. I wasnt even offered red pepper flakes for my pizza nor parm cheese. To refill my drink the guy just took my glass when it was half full. I had to ask what was he doing in order to get him to say he was refilling my drink. I thought you had to ask first and not just take someones drink like that. No tip and no going back. Mostly due to subpar service.

Last night it was about to rain really hard and we run into that restaurant,The place is nice and has a cosy decoration,we just wanted to have a pizza but the server recommend us to try the pastas,I end up ordering a quatro stacioni that was just delicious cooked to perfection,and my friend tried the gnocchi al tartufo...amazing creamy and just the right amount of truffle.We had a great diner the service was very attentive and they offers us a little limoncello at the end,that is house made and really good!! Horrible Horrible. We are new to the area and called the restaurant to inquire about the size of the large pies to feed 6 people. We then ordered on Yelp Eat 24 and waited 2 1/2 hours for the delivery guy to arrive with 2 very small pies not even the size of a dinner plate. Eat 24, told me not to touch the pies that they would come back and get them and refund my money, and then called me to tell me the restaurant wouldnt refund my money. In the meantime, we were so hungry we went out to dinner and left the boxes out by the front door!!!

Excellent authentic Italian cuisine that Italians themselves approve and like. Panaretto serves one of the best pizzas in town: the dough and ingredients create an amazingly delicious combination. Saccottini ai Porcini is something out of this world and is a must try. You cant be disappointed with this choice. Dont forget to indulge yourself with a freshly baked "Yummy Nella" dessert. Its my preferred restaurant choice for the delicious food they actually cook. Highly recommended.

Our first time here, and it definitely wont be the last! Walk in and sat for dinner right away. Service was excellent, appetizers were delicious. And the main course! Oh the main course! The thin crust pizza was perfect balance of taste, presentation, and texture. My wifes vongole was one of the better ones in fort lauderdale! Needless to say, we will be returning to this hidden gem!

My friend and I had our sun glasses stollen off the table while we were getting ice cream and the owner was not cooperative in giving us the video footage. They said they were going to check the tapes and give us our call. We called back and there was always an excuse. Food was good, but you would think an owner would not want people stealing stuff from customers.

Im a culinary student and i went there with my friend who happens to be from northern italy and this place offers top of the line food. Not only is the food quality great but the authenticity of it is great enough that it reminded my friend of the food he grew up on in italy. best italian food ive had so far in the United States.
