OKINAWAS ADDED 18% GRATITUDE TO OUR BILL FOR ONLY ME, MY HUBBY, AND 4 CHILDREN (ALL CHILDREN WERE UNDER 13yrs old and my 13yr old didnt even eat; 5 seats and a high chair in our party)!!! THERES ALWAYS A WAY AROUND ADDING GRATITUDE WITH CHILDREN IN THE PARTY, NO MATTER WHERE YOU EAT! WE ARE A FAMILY OF 8 (2 adults and 6 children) AND THIS HAPPENS MORE THAN YOU THINK... THOUGH, I ADDED AN ADDITIONAL TIP TO MY BILL BECAUSE IT ISNT THE WAITRESSS FAULT (I think)...BUT IT ISNT RIGHT AND THAT PISSES ME OFF...ESPECIALLY WHEN IM ALREADY SPENDING OVER $120 TO EAT DINNER WITH MY HUBBY AND CHILDREN! A PARTY OF 6 ADULTS FOR INSTANCE IS UNDERSTANDABLE AND MORE ACCEPTABLE!! JUST TO BE CLEAR...THE WAITRESSES GET AT LEAST 20-25% TIP IF GRATITUDE ISNT ALREADY ADDED TO OUR BILL!! THE FOOD IS GOOD, SO WE TIPPED THE CHEF $5 AND WERE EVEN THE ONLY FAMILY TO TIP THE CHEF AT THE TABLE!! SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE, OUR CHILDREN DONT HAVE JOBS BECAUSE THEY ARENT JOB AGE...SO IF THEY CANT WORK, HOW CAN "THEY" TIP????

My family and I eat here at least once a week and until now I loved it. We usually sit at the table instead of the grill. Tonight we chose the grill and I was very disturbed by the cleanliness of the grill. There was old food and grease on the sides. The cook also used an old dirty vodka bottle with water and poured it over the food. You can tell that the bottle had been used multiple times because of the film around the top of it. My daughter found a bug on her plate that looked like an ant and I was told that she "couldnt change the ticket because it was already made". Howevery she offered her ice cream. We will not eat here again.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience this time at the restaurant. Due to the fact I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes and then a white family walked in and the man imediately knowledged them first..and asked where they like to be seated.I told the gentleman what just happened and the response was well I was just standing there...clearly he seen me but decided not to acknowledge me first..and he laughed and other customers laughed....I was truly offended. ..so I walked out....cleary its sad that some people still practice racism ....please dont spend your money or give money to people that dont respect you

The food was good other than the dirty shrimp. There was still the digestive track inside which is gross. The cook was nice but pretty mediocre. He just did the same generic hibachi tricks you can see anywhere. Onion ring volcano, a few flames, throwing pieces of shrimp into our mouths.. nothing special. He just wasnt too enthusiastic. I expected just a little more effort in the "show" part of the service since we told him it was our daughters birthday. It was ok. But nothing great.

DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS RESTAURANT FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS! My daughter called them and arranged for a room for her wedding reception months ago. Today she called to confirm and was told they could not accommodate our party because it was a Saturday night and we did not drink alcohol! I guess their bottom line is more important than customer satisfaction! We will never eat at this restaurant again and I advise you to not depend on them for special occasions!

Have eaten at this restaurant at leat twice a month for over two years. I attempted to make reservations for Valentines day as their website indicated they do and they would not take my reservation because as she stated they could not afford to take the chance on losing a customer on such as busy day by taking reservations again the Web site stated they did accept reservations. So in their greed they have now lost a many time repeat customer!

I walked in with my friend at around 8:30, hoping to eat some sick hibachi. I was very dissapointed when we stood there for 15 minutes, and nobody even acknowledged us. I would have liked to have been informed if there would have been a wait, but instead an employee walked up to the register, multiple times. She did not even greet us. Very rude; I felt very unwanted in their restaurant.

The experience was horrible... the tricks were the best thing the food was burnt.. it didnt appear burnt but as soon as I put it in my mouth I wanted to spit it out. It had a charcoal taste to it. This guy had to be new. Ive never seen the seasoning method he used. Ive been here before and it was not this horrible. I will not be back. Pf Changs or wasabi it is!

This place has changed! Every time I come into the State of Florida I must stop there. Last week I stopped there and the cook we was awful. His attitude sucked and he was disengaged, not to mention he did not cook the rice fully and he has an attitude when I told him my daughter was allergic to shrimp and eggs he gave us more attitude.

Overpriced for a meal that is mainly a lot of fried rice, 4 grilled shrimp, 1/2 cup of grilled chicken, a lot of grilled veggies (good!), salad of chopped lettuce with a few slivers of carrots. Maybe some of the other dishes are more in tune with the prices. The "chef" didnt even play around with the guests like Ive known them to do.

I really enjoy this place. I have tried just about every sushi place around Orange park and Southside. This place and Crazy Sushi are by far the best of what Ive experienced. Im only referring to sushi not hibachi. Service is always good but more importantly the rolls and nigiri are great.

They forgot to turn on our grill so it took twice as long to get our food, the sushi was paper thin, our chef had almost no personality, it took forever to get refills and a check and the food was just ok, not impressed. No compensation or discount for late dinner either. Wont be returning.

Martini tasted like lemon lime gatorade...food was bland...cook was slow and boring...waitress messing up orders...little ol ladies hovering over you...cleaning the table off while youre still eating...basically hurry up and eat so we can seat some more people

My daughter & I have eaten here for the last 3 Saturdays. Weve experienced both the hibachi grill and regular table service. The only difference, food wise is a less wait time, but the food is always excellent, as well as the service staff.

Service was great however the sushi had a funny taste today. Wished I had went to my normal place. Is it possible for cream cheese to sour? Ill try at a later day and time once I have washed this taste out of my mouth.

"Same Ol Same Ol" ... Nothing really special about this Japanese steakhouse thats any different from all of the other ones in town. The sushi is so-so and the cooks use the same jokes as youve heard over and over.
