From the moment you walk into the two standard twin doors of Orlandos "Sieto Sushi" you begin a journey that is anything but standard. From the melodic tunes in the background that heighten your sense of tranquility, to the soft light modern chandeliers that hover and create complete intimacy , to the display of over 50+ house wines and sake that sit elegantly and quietly in the back of the dining room. Sieto Sushi surpasses any sushi dining experience you ever have encountered. As I walked into the doors I smelled a very distinct crisp spice in the air, and was greeted by beautiful staff members completely ready to attend to my needs. As I waited to be sat my stomach grew more and more anxious in the anticipation of the meal ahead. I started off with a house cocktail known as the "White Flower." The mixture of Chiyinosono Japenese Shochu, fresh cucumber, elderflower liqueur, and lime was a refreshing end to my long work week. The hints of cucumber and lime all work together into a drink that is both satisfying and beautiful to look at, at the same time. My food adventure then began with small samplings of some of the dishes this amazing venue had to offer. From a small tuna crunch roll that was a burst of sweet, sour, crunchy and cold all in one bite , to the yellow tail snapper with minced jalapeño (with out the seeds)and the hint of micro cilantro, this cold dish took mouth on a fresh "with a kick" journey and I was not disappointed. My next dish consisted of the popular appetizer known as the "BBQ Calamari" from the elegant glazed blue vessel in which it sat to the green of the lettuce, and slight hint of cilantro, all the way to lightly browned, perfectly coated calamari, this dish is sure to not be missed. Following the calamari was my next dish, another yellow tail dish (not that I am complaining) and yet again I am presented with another beautiful dish that not only accents the plate It sat upon, but the venue in general. This yellow tail roll is topped with Japenese mint leaf, glossy gold fish eggs and is served with an amazing spicy ponzu sauce that completely compliments every bite. My last meal consisted of a half order of beef short rib. These succulent morsels fell apart at the bone, the bursts of garlic and onion mixed amazingly to give me a power packed plate garnished beautifully with oranges and greens. This journey was made complete solely by a knowledgeable, articulate sever known by the name of Nicole. This servers modern swag, mixed with the knowledge of the menu, created her own story and used my taste buds as her muse. I have to say I was completely blown away by the level of professionalism and customer service that I received from this employee at Seito. Last I would like to compliment the captain of the complex vessel, Pedro. Pedros whimsical energy grabs your attention, you can feel the sincerity he presents with wanting to make your dining experience is one of a kind. So, whether you are looking to talk clients to a dinner that will "wow" them , celebrating, or want to make a great first impression, Seito Sushi Orlando offers that amazing opportunity to do so.

I went to Seito for the first time recently, it was a Saturday. All was going well, small nice place, quiet but the rolls were falling apart. The end of the meal the waiter tells me that he accidentally charged me $123 vs my $32. At the time I was fine not thinking of how long it would take for this charge to drop. It is now Wednesday and after speaking to a manager that lacks any customer service skills, I am left with unavailable funds and wasted like 10 minutes of my life speaking to a moron. You know what, I normally go to Dragon Fly, no lie the service is phenomenal and most times managers just pass by to see how all is going. I made the mistake of going to Seito but at least it just makes me appreciate the better food and great customer service at Dragon Fly. Drive the extra 5 min down the road and go to a place that if there is a problem, you wont feel like you are talking to a five year old and honestly the food is much better. Seito I thought your employees were just talking bad about their employer as most ppl do but now I realize they are absolutely right. Keep the $32 I gave you, it seems you need it much more than me. :)

This place is outstanding! The sushi is probably the best weve ever had. Very fresh and delicious! The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming - making for the perfect experience. We do not live in the area, but at certain times of the year, we can be in the area often. We tried it out several week ago based on reviews we read and were not at all disappointed. We enjoyed it so much that we stopped for a "late lunch" this last visit and then back again later that night for dinner. We sat at the sushi bar on all 3 occasions and absolutely love the staff and their interaction. We were lucky enough to be sitting in front of Sieng (Head Chef) and he made it all that much more special. Courtney was our waitress and we couldnt have asked for better service! Were hoping to be back in the area in a couple of weeks and were already talking about going and letting Sieng make us something special of his choice. If you really like sushi, stop looking and reading reviews... just go to Seito!! Just save room for dessert. The tempura fried cheesecake is to die for!!!

So I went to Seito by myself tonight because my hubby was having boys night out. I love sushi and figured Id give Seito a shot because of all the good reviews. I was a little disappointed when my server told me they were out of the shishito peppers:( but he totally made up for it by telling me about an off menu item. It was a street corn appetizer made Japanese style with all sorts of yummy spices. I loved it!! Also I was impressed with his attentiveness. Usually if I have to eat out alone I get very little attention. Because obviously just one person means a smaller bill/tip. But my server tonight (Michel, I believe his name was) didnt seemed to care the least bit about the bill. He just really wanted me to have a good time. Probably felt sorry for me because I was alone haha. Back to the food!! The nigiri selection came with a delicious assortment. And the freshness was incredible! I cant stand day old sushi. So I was very pleased with what I was served. No room for dessert even though they looked tasty. Next time!

We came from Boston to visit Disney World. Ive had a lot of different sushi in Boston. I also often travel to New York and have had a decent amount of sushi there as well. The sushi here was better than some of my favorite spots on the East Coast. And more moderately priced! Im not sure if we just got lucky - the waitress did mention the otoro, chutoro, and akami had arrived that day - but the freshness was incredible. I had the Japanese Chirashi and Nigiri Selection. Not only was all the fish fresh and delicious, but the pickled shiitake and tamago also stood out. I cant speak for the cooked dishes, unfortunately. I also want to mention our waitress was super friendly, professional, helpful, and patient with our large party with 3 extremely energetic children. I cant remember her name, but she recommended me her specialty drink, a mango lychee soda, and it was also incredible. Overall, the worst part of the experience is knowing that I wont easily be able to come back!
