Outstanding food and service. This is a top choice for us and works well with 3 young kids. As always, the steaks are cooked perfectly, the food comes reasonably quick, and its a great value. Our latest visit (yesterday) was served by Josh who was the best waiter weve had. Ever. At any restaurant. Ive never tipped higher. He was attentive and interactive with the kids but didnt hover. He ensured our orders had the exact options we wanted (e.g. toppings on salad), that kids meals came when we wanted, that when the food arrived it was perfect, and knew to be sneaky about asking if we wanted dessert (so the kids wouldnt know). He even wrote the date and restaurant name on the leftover boxes. As for the food, the rolls are amazing and the ribs, while not my favorite flavor, were cooked perfectly. The only downside to this restaurant is the exceptionally long wait times. They offer call-ahead which helps, but either plan to wait or avoid the rush and its an unbeatable option.

Texas Roadhouse is the best value in steaks. Weve been there at least a dozen times and with 5 people in our family thats 60 meals served. Theres only been a problem with "doneness" once or twice. Thats a tremendous success rate. Superb value considering you can get a steak, side, and salad for well under $30. Good filet cost $20-30 a pound to cook yourself. The only thing I would change is the annoying script the employees are forced to regurgitate. "Have you heard about our hand-cut steaks and fresh baked rolls?" BARF. Please stop! Give employees the freedom to connect with customers on their own, if they cant then find the right employees.

My favorite restaurant ever. Im not much of a steak person, but their ribs are among the best Ive ever had. Thats what I go there for. My friends tell me the steak is perfect as well. And their bottomless dinner rolls with cinnamon butter are amazing. The beer is always served ice cold and crisp. Every other time Im there, the manager is making rounds to ensure everyone is satisfied. Throw in a bucket of free peanuts with every table and you got a winning restaurant. I just wish there were more of them in the area. You wont leave unsatisfied, or hungry.

The food was good, but the service was horrible. They "accidently" rang our buzzer first after already waiting 35 minutes and gave us another buzzer, with another 20 minute wait. Then our server was very very rude. You could tell he didnt want to be our server, maybe because we had babies with us? I can understand that maybe he was having a bad day, but he was very nice to the table next to us and then would be very short with us. This was my second visit to this location and I dont think there will be a third.

On Tuesday March 28, 2017, my son and I came for lunch. Instead of getting my usual 18 oz rib eye, I opted for the dinner 14 oz Delmonico. When I received it, it was half the size if my sons 18oz ribeeye. I believe that I was given a much lower size meat than what was ordered. Not sure that Ill be back and if I do, I will never order the Delmonico again. Maybe recheck the weights before cooking.

Great food and even better service. Paige was our server and hands down best server we have ever had. Free meal for veterans on veterans day. Chili is thick and steaks were cooked perfectly. We never had to ask or wait for a single thing. She offered us things to make our meal more enjoyable that weve NEVER been offered before. Thanks for the meal and service we will definitely be back again!

This is by far the best steak house EVER.. People, i have to admit that i cant eat a steak without some A-1 , well when i got my steak and cut into it the flavor blew me away.. no sause needed...The next time i came here i got the babyback ribs.. omfg. fall off the bone is an understatement. The service and atmosphere were AWESOME i love this place and go atlest once a month....

Almost great experience! They were kind enough to take special orders before we arrived, my husband is vegetarian and they cooked their veggies and sweet potato plain for us, and the food was delivered in a decent amount of time and tasted great. The only drawback was the bathroom, it wasnt too clean and there was a smell even before I went in.

Call ahead, call ahead, call ahead. Do yourself a favor and call before you go. Every time we do call ahead seating, we are seated within ten minutes. If you just walk in, expect a thirty minute wait. Food and service are okay. Nothing they have/do is really worth bragging about. It is a bit pricey for the amount of food.

When customer service seems to be a thing of the past, it was a breath of fresh air to receive wonderful customer service here with Amy and the management staff

Been to a lot of steak houses many, many times. Many are good! The Texas Roadhouse though, is great because their steaks are the most flavorful and juiciest Five Star steak dinners every time! Thier dinners are large! Thier dinner rolls are fantastic too! This is a place youll absolutely love!

Food not as good as it used to be they beginning to cut corners less wait to get in but longer times to get your order waitress write down things but it doesnt come out as you ask for it . So you must wait until they make it correct to much hassle no management on the floor

Food was good and service was fine. I am giving it 2 stars because myself and 2 other family members on separate occasions got food poisoning from this place. They apologized profusely and offered to give us free meals, but why would I go back if it keeps making people sick?

About as close to walking into Texas as you can get in this area as far as atmosphere goes. Great selection of steaks, at reasonable prices. Fair prices, although not exactly cheap. Sides are also pretty good. Can get really loud when its busy, as well as a bit cramped.

Extremely loud, environment, broken peanut shells on the floor is supposed to be cool or something in 2017? Many Birthday celebration chants in the hour and a half we spent there attempting to have conversation with family during dinner. Would not recommend.

Horrible next time Ill just eat something off the side of the road. Waitress didnt know which way was up, Kitchen was dirtier than a McDonalds play pen, and Waited 30 min for my steak after everyone else was served. Manager "Sorry its on the house" walked away

For chain food this place is amazing!! Always happy and there always busy!! Reduced my 5 stars to 4 because of the grimmy nasty ass peanut buckets on the tables. Throw them away and get rid of the peanuts!! I bet ur employees and patrons would be thankful!

What can you say except AMAZING!!!! Great food, great service and its fun to pick on the waitress too. Me and my wife love this place. Did I mention the amazing bread and butter or even the peanuts sitting at the table. Ill leave it at that.
