Being a local theres not many choices to dine. So we frequent here. Typically the food preparation and delivery are solid and well prepared. However I decided to give this restaurant 1 star today because today eating my salad I found some kind of bug. Now I realize that can happen.. however the response from the manager was so unprofessional and the main reason for my poor rating.. Her response was clear she really didnt care. A huge mistake for someone in the server business... i could get in more detail but dont have the time.... needless to say I will be finding other local eats who appreciate my business.

Huge menu. Ordered the soup of day chicken chili. Came in cold. Waiter took it back and microwaved it hot and brought it back with all the cheese melted inside soup. Soup tasted poured out of a can with barely any beans in it. Ordered chicken fingers and fish platter that came overcooked. Not very well kept as far as cleaning goes. Big surprise being in middle of upscale Miami Lakes. Would avoid coming here in the future if possible. Server was nice

This is my "go to" place to take out of town friends. The menu is extensive and they have great burgers and SALADS! I love the veggie casserole because I dont eat much meat. The steamed veggies are not to soft...not too hard...just right! And covered in cheese and served over rice. YUMMO. And the rolls...OMG! Service is always good there. Only problem with the place is the shopping plaza is remodeling and parking is horrible right now.

Everytime I go, I swear Im not coming back! The facility is FILTHY, starting with the door, CLEAN IT! If you cant bother to clean where Customers can SEE it, what goes on behind the counter? Service is ALWAYS friendly and attentive, food is consistently good. With the plaza renovations soon to be completed, it will look even more tired and dirty. I hope they step it up for their loyal Customers.

I really Like to come to Beverly hills cafe . I enjoy every plate, the salads, the dressings ... everything in the menu is gorgeous..... But the only thing really dont like that much is that the place is in a old shape. They have to renovate it to make it appear the soul of the restaurant!!!!!! Pls contract a good architect and make Beverly hills a top notch place to eat and enjoy a nice venue.

This place tends to get a little crowded, but its definitely value for your bucks! The food portions are huge! I mean, You can have lunch and dinner and maybe even a snack from one of their servings (depending on the dish). They have really friendly and happy service. They are quick, and offer a little something out of the norm. Theres a little bit of everything for everyone.

Stopped in while waiting for some friends who lived in the area. The food was decent and the service was great. The restaurant was out of the first three types of beer we ordered. We finally settled on a cider and the server didnt charge us for either of them because he felt bad that they didnt have the other choices we ordered. Would come back if I were in the area again.

Food was great I always get the soup and salad combo and Im never disappointed but the true gem of this place has to be our waiter Ben. He was so amazing and professional. To be honest if the food wasnt great (but it is) I would keep coming back simply for the service.

Miss the one in South Miami, but Beverly Hills Cafe has the BEST selection of salads EVER and has the BEST tasting homemade salad dressings. I ALWAYS take home some ranch and dijon mustard vinegrette. The natures way salad and buffalo chicken salad are my favorites!!!

I could drink their Honey Mustard dressing by the bucket. You know a salad is good when you can eat it with no dressing. Their rolls are yummy. Warm and fresh. They sell them by the dozen (or half). My go-to meal is Crispy Chicken Salad with Honey Mustard dressing.

Love this restaurant, the kids love the variety one can have Mexican food, while the other can order Italian. My favorite is the Asian Bowl. Service is excellent everyone is always friendly and real good with the kids.

The restaurant was a nice clean environment. Staff was fantastic. The brunch menu was good (my omlette was OK, not bad, but it lacked a little taste. The French toast was great). For 2,under 40$,i would go again.

There food is great. I had the soup and salad. The server named sumi was very nice fast on point. She gave me samples of dessing for my salad so i can choose which one i liked best. Thanks will be back again
