So too bad we started on the wrong foot here because other wise i would of given a full 5 stars. We came here for the 1st time this past sunday and arrived at 10:45am, we get in and they told us a 2 hour wait?? I was like theres no way its gonna take that long, theres not 2 hours worth of people waiting here, since theres was only a few people waiting outside, so we put our name down and we got a text to show where we were in line. we see there was like 80 parties ahead of us??? So unfortunately we had to wait and was seated literally 2 hours and 15 min later, then to be seated outside and wait more, then it started raining and then had to be moved inside...such a bad experience to start off, we should of just left but since it came recommended from a friend and wornt in any hurry ,we waited..but i think they should have a big sign up front/outside saying its a reservation only place on weekends and that we need to make line on the NO WAIT app before even coming inside, if we would of seen a sign we just would of gone on the app leave and go do other things. But noone said anything ahead of time, they should say off the bat, "hey just download the app and it will notify you when table ready" but instead scare people off by just saying :"oh theres a 2 hour wait" and dont mention anything about no wait app..alot of people just left after hearing that...so definitely a thing hostess should say .. Other than that..overall food was delicious, a bit overpriced for breakfast but due to their "unique omlette" creations i guess its not horrible. But we ended up spending $85 with tip for 2 people on breakfast food..since the pitcher of mimosas was $22 so that added it up! Other places for that price give you all you can drink mimosas..but whatever ,it is what it is.. but definitely for who ever comes here make sure to download the NO WAIT app and put yourself in line for the weekends, none the less it is a good place, pretty small for the volume of people but it did live up to the expectations as far as taste and portions. Highly recommend "hey lucy" omlette and french toast with fosters sauce...OmG super yummy ! Hopefully next time we have a much smoother experience since weve learned the hard way..

Thought Id try this place due to the reviews and hype. I went on a Friday morning so the wait wasnt bad. My daughter ordered the cinnamon roll french toast (or something to that effect: very sweet type of french toast). They were small round discs swimming in sweet syrup (expected thick cut french toast with swirls of cinnamon, not)-completely soggy and coyingly sweet. My daughter loves sugar, but she couldnt even finish the wet "french toast." I ordered eggs Benedict with salmon. The waiter (he was very nice, but not trained well before going on the floor) asked me how I wanted my salmon cooked. I thought that was odd as salmon thats in eggs Benedict is usually lox/nova, not a regular filet of salmon. I asked him what type of salmon it was, he said its a butterflied piece of salmon. I figured they didnt use lox, so I told him I liked my salmon well done. What I received, of course, was lox, not a filet of salmon. How in the world he could even make a mistake to ask how its cooked when I doubt theres a key on the register that has options such as "rare," "medium rare," and "well done" for smoked lox is beyond me. I didnt want to embarrass him so i didnt say anything. The poached eggs were cooked through, not runny like theyre suppose to be and there was barely any potatoes on the plate, which werent even home made. They tasted like frozen home fries that are just tossed in the deep fryer. The coffee cups are strange, they are very narrow at the top and get wider at the bottom. I guess theyre trying to be different, but you cant get much coffee inside-- just an observation, but just strange. All in all, I think this place is way over-rated and over-priced for what you get. Im glad I tried it due to all the hype, but I wont be back. There are plenty of options in the area for better breakfast/brunch that arent as expensive as this place.

I have been eating at Another Borken Egg Cafe for years. I am in the military so unfortunately I have lived in several different locations over the past decade, but we have been lucky enough to have ABE cafe in each of these locations. I have come to expect a very high quality meal and overall experience anytime we have ABE cafe, so when the Pembroke Pines location opened up my wife and I were very excited. Since its opening we have frequented this location several times. I have to say we have had some variation of issues each time we have visited this location including our visit today. I have had issues with the same hostess and seating each time Ive been there, she clearly needs some training. I am not sure what the process is for orders, but someone at my table has received an incomplete meal each time Ive been. So why do I keep going back? The City grits are phenomenal, and the Floridian Omlete is great! The customer service is always top notch from the management and servers. Today was no different. Our server Tron was very respectful and attentive. You can instantly tell that he takes pride in his work. He shares the companies vision for a high end experience. The interim GM "Cat" took the time to sit with us after I watched her make her rounds from table to table. She wanted to hear about our past experiences at this location and was eager to insure that we continued to return. In my opinion this more than anything else is what sets ABE cafe apart from its competitors like a Dennys or IHOP. We will continue to take our buisness here.

Ok, here is my honest review of this place. We were seated very fast. The place is nice, clean but crowded and the seats and tables were not so good. The table was very cheep and moved around allot. The appitizer was amazing, then after that it got bad. The eggs were made with cheep cheese and no salt or pepper added, The biscut was cold and the frys again not salted no seasoning. Then I tried a pancake. It was so bad I had to send it back. It was honestly the worst tasting pancake I ever eat lol. It was hard, dried out, and they didnt add the chocolate chips to the pancake they just threw them on top and called it good, there was exactly 5 chocolate chips thrown on top of my pancake hehe. well I could do better at home. Was 40 for 2 people who got eggs frys and 1 pancake and 2 orange juices. I wish I had stayed home. Side note, waitress was really good its the only reason I stayed.

I dont know what kind of food the rest of these reviewers are used to but this places food is beyond TERRIBLE. The pancakes looked and tasted like they were made from some generic instant pancake mix flat with no flavor at all, the sausages I SWEAR are just reheated jimmy deans you get from publix and dont let me get started on the EXTREMELY watered down alcoholic beverages. Please please PLEASE do not ever waste your time or money on this place thinking you are going to get good food. You are 10X better off going to Cracker Barrel or hell even ihop has better food than this place for HALF the cost. The price they charge for this garbage is criminal. I have not felt this cheated in a very long time. The only saving grace is that orange juice was actually really good and so where the Biscuit Beignets but THATS IT. Steer clear you have been warned!
