This place is garbage! Ive lived on Miami Beach for 6 years and this place used to be good... But the last two times Ive ordered pizza from here theyve completely messed up my order. The first time with the meatball pie, they didnt put any mozzarella. So I went back with the whole pie and asked for the mozzarella and the guy trys to tell me that it doesnt come with mozzarella, until I explain that Im not a tourist and I eat here all the time then he finally concedes that theyre out of mozzarella. Why they didnt say that when I ordered the pie in the first place is beyond me, why they tried to lie about the situation afterwards is ridiculous. That was about 4 months ago, after giving Primos some cool off time I ordered another pizza tonight, at 11pm an hour before they close. I called back at ten past midnight and he says the driver is on his way, finally. The pizza was supposed to be half margherita and half pepperoni, it wasnt... It was half margherita and half basic cheese pizza! When I called back they offered me a $1.29 refund... No seriously, the difference between an enjoyable pizza and a pile of chuck-e-cheese in this mans head can actually equate to a mere $1.29?!? When you want pepperoni and you get cheese pizza $1.29 isnt going to make bland taste any better. So, of course seeing that I am not satisfied the gentleman decides that he will lieto me instead. He tells me that he will bring me the proper pepperoni portion as soon as he can but it may take his driver some time. Of course theyre supposed to close at midnight, so guess who; the joke is on the guy looking at a cold cheese pizza waiting on a fresh pepperoni pizza that will never come because the pizza man went to sleep with my $1.29 in his pocket. Now I know what you may be thinking, why dont I look at the pizza first? Well let me just say this first and foremost it is because I operate on the trust that a local business owner would not knowingly screw people over and simultaneously ruin their home dining experience and that I would have the pizza which I ordered, but clearly that trust is terribly misplaced with Primos Pizza in Miami Beach. And second is because I am too hungry, they are technically taking advantage of me in these moments. Sorry guys, but I would NEVER eat here again and I will tell everybody not to go there anymore because of how bad your service is now. The city could wash this place out with the sewage as far as I am concerned.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I paid $32 plus a $6 tip for the wrong food. They said our correct order would be here in 40 minutes...90 minutes after our original order and incorrect order...still nothing. Now they have hung up and stopped answering. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Now they are refusing to return my money or by ing my food. Besides the wrong food the chicken thigh n leg were BEYOND dry, couldnt even swallow it. 24hrs but they WONT bring us our refund for the food we didnt get. I dont even eat pork and they sent me a ham and bacon sandwich. The past 2 1/2 days here on my vacation have been amazing every single minute until now. If you do decide to order from them MAKE SURE YOU OPEN EVERY SINGLE BOX AND TINFOILED WRAPPED SANDWICH TO MAKE SURE ITS WHAT YOU ORDERED

Ordered delivery through Yelp, a first. Super convenient. I ordered the Hawaiian Pizza. It was amazing. My pregnancy cravings have been screaming for a super thin Sicilian style pizza and this one hit the spot. The ham was salty goodness that was deliciously complimented by the sweet and juicy pineapple. The pizza was not overly greasy or too thin that I couldnt eat it with my hands. It also didnt leave me feeling gross afterwards which is quite the feat for this gal as of late. Honestly, I ate the whole thing alone. Im going to say that it was a personal size, although it looks like your average medium. I swear I dont eat "for two" so that size statement can be taken without bias. Would have provided a picture, but I ate it too quickly. The pizza came to my hotel quickly and still hot. No complaints here!!!

After reading all the hype and great reviews from New Times, thought I would give this place a try. Well the hype is just that, just hype. Ordered the Primo Supreme and got their Meat supreme. Decided to give it a try and boy was I disappointed. The pizza was so salty due to the ingredients they used to top it, like a sheet of crusty salt was dumped on top of the pizza. Plus, the pizza bottom was half burnt, bringing a another extra crusty element to my pizza. Called back and was told to speak to manager, not on duty on a late friday night. Called back on Sunday and talked to another employee who offered nothing even after we froze the bad pizza so they could take it back. Please do not order from them they are not New York Style as other people have said. They just make BAD pizza.

Great little pizza spot. After a couple of days of hotel food, the kids were eager to find a pizza place. I saw the rating on yelp and thought wed give it a try. The place is like a typical pizza joint in brooklyn. Im from Brooklyn so I am sort of a pizza snob, but their pizza did not disappont. The crust was thin, the toppings were plentiful and the pizza folded nicely as only true brooklyn pizza can. Prices were excellent, 1 large sausage and pepperoni+ 4 snapples was like 30 bucks which I didnt think was too bad. Overall great experience, I would definitely recommend. The only drawback is that you have to either find a parking spot on the street or use one of the surrounding valets. Thankfully someone was leaving when we got there so it all worked out.

I have dairy allergies. Before heading to the beach with my daughter, I went into the restaurant and the gentlemen in the counter said he would cater to my allergies by making a cheese free pizza. I thought, excellent! When I returned from a day at the beach the kid that was there said that no, wrong information, they wouldnt make a special pie for me. Very bad business! Dont recommend this place, especially since patrons are not catered to. They might have great pizza but I wouldnt know because customers dont come first.

We usually order a cheese pizza for you kids and they are ok. But tonight we order their gourmet pizza w/ chicken in place of prosciutto. First of all the price was crazy $32.00 then it took them over an hour to deliver when they told me 30 min. It was by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I couldnt even finish my slice. There were 4 slices of tomato tops, the mozzarella was old and hard and it was burned. The pizza went straight to the garbage!!!! I will NEVER order another pizza from them again.

The worst place I ever had food delivered in my life!!! We waited over and hour and the food was cold and disgusting!! Warning do not order from this place!! When I called to make a complaint, they were very rude. Of course, they got their money and delivery charge upfront! I guess it was nothing else for them to discuss!! Smh.... I really hate doing business with nonprofessional!! Take the freakin flyer and throw it in the garbage, do not waste your time or money!!
