My family and I were always fans of KFC but lately the food does not taste good (original flavor) even for KFC standards and the grilled chicken was very very dry. Poor quality and 2 of the pieces out of the 8 piece bucket were not more than 2 inches long and 1 inch wide. Would not be surprised if the formula quality and portion size was changed (lowered) with a corresponding price increase. I think this will be it for us with KFC. Usually, these types of changes is a red flag that the franchise is struggling and getting ready to sink.

My wife & i, along w/ our Grandkids, love coming to this KFC on Rte 8. Their chickens ALWAYS GOOD & READY TO EAT, their MASHED POTATOES are SMOOTH TASTING & HOT! The KFC Manager & Staff always gets the order CORRECT!!! The cashier on Duty made a MISTAKE w/ my order once & gave me a few Extra pieces of chicken & a HUGE APOLOGY for his mistake!! Not many workers would man-up, but this Gentleman did!! He earned our RESPECT & CONTINUED business!! This KFC is GREAT to go to!!!

One of the better KFC locations north of Pittsburgh. Staff is very nice and operates efficiently no matter how busy it is (it isnt usually busy whenever Im there). Service isnt perfect all the time, but this location is much better than the McKnight location.

Gravy was not closed properly, messed up the rest real well. Biscuits must be the defrost kind or yesterdays. Come on KFC, youre better than this! Would have taken it back if it wasnt for the 10 miles.

Food order was accurate and food temperature was hot. Staff could use some service culture training though. They were all goofing around and answered your questions with a mumbled one word answer.
