I am a Florida native, so I have grown up with Publix. It is safe to say that Publix is the only grocery store I shop at for the most part. I love Publix... their Bakery, Deli, Produce.... all are wonderful. Except this Publix. This Publix happens to be close to my place of employment, so on occasion, I will go here and grab some lunch from the deli. Today was the last time I will set foot in this place ever again! My past few visits for lunch has been met with less than desirable outcomes, but my love of Publix has always brought me back. Unfortunately, a person can only take so much before they finally give up. I went to the deli and ordered a cuban sandwich and I asked to add mojo pork from the hot foods area. The lady behind the counter told me immediately that "I cant have the sandwich made that way!" "I could have a mojo pork sandwich or I could have a cuban, but not mixed." I asked why I could not get the sandwich with the ingredients i wanted and she told me it was policy. Unfortunately, I have been told similar things from this Publix deli before, so it immediately pushed my buttons. I stated that I should be able to have anything I want as long as I am paying for it and that every other Publix allows me to do this. She then told me that this was "not every other Publix". So, fair enough, it is not every other Publix.... and it will go on the list of stores I will never shop at again. And since I work at a local business near there, I will be sure to share my experience with every customer that comes into my establishment. I will drive the extra mile and a half to the Publix on Fiddlesticks because they always treat their customers (me included) with respect and do whatever they can to make my shopping experience a pleasure! AVOID THIS PUBLIX.... ESPECIALLY THE DELI!

Publix customer service surpasses All my expectations. Its amazing how such a large corporation with such busy stores that are very well kept even down to the parking lot and the restrooms the employees are very busy but they always have time to help the customer with a smile on their face and good spirits. Ive been doing business with Publix for over 50 years and I cannot remember once leaving a store dissatisfied. Even the Publix name brand products surpass a lot of the expensive name brand products thank you Publix for putting your customers first yours truly faithful shopper.

Shopping was nice here. I havent been in this store before. We ended up talking with the assistant manger about something, but she didnt seem to care and walked away from us. Although that portion wasnt all that pleasant, the shopping was fine. The layout of the store reminds me of the layout from back in the early 90s. Free Wi-Fi too!

Did a return in which I could not locate my receipt...... So stressed i couldnt find it. It was a young male manager on the register and he assisted no questions asked. All stress and worries relieved. Thank you Publix once again for being my neighborhood market. Much love.

My 4 yr. old granddaughter requested a special set of Sesame St. character cupcakes for her birthday party, and Cassandra and the other geniuses at the Daniels Crossing bakery delivered in a big way. My granddaughter was delighted!

In Florida I would not shop anywhere else but Publix. Clean stores, no questions ask if there is a problem with anything you purchase regardless of a receipt they give you your money back. Always well stocked the deli has it all….
