James BBQ is a wonderful local treasure, the meat literally was falling off the bone all my sides were incredibly well done and tasted like momma woulda made, added to that James was an incredible host and gave us some great conversation and laughs along with showing us around the smoker, you cant find a better host or better BBQ in the area!

This place has been top-notch since the day it opened. These people really know what theyre doing and they create an atmosphere thats second to none! I would definitely recommend you stop by James ribs and give it a go for yourself. He lives up to his logo which may be humorous but a really big deal when it comes to awesome barbecue.

Best barbecue I have had in a long time. Ribs fall off the bone and are juicy and tasty. We had four sides between us and every one of them was yummy. Owners are two beautiful people with good values and they certainly know their way around the kitchen. They will definitely be seeing us again

I love this place. The owner and his wife are lovely people. He even at with us and had lunch. They offered us an extra side which my kids just loved. We dont live in the area, but will definitely make a trip back to visit any enjoy the food and the great hospitality.

Defenetly some of the best BBQ I have ever had. I got the ribs and brisket, both just melt in your mouth, cant go wrong with any thing you get. Mr. Janes also took the time to sit down with us to chat and share how he got his start, great guy. Highly recommend!

When your sign says you dont need teeth to eat the ribs, youve set the bar. Ms. James delivered, the ribs were fabulous and tender (even for those of us with teeth), the cornbread and tea second to none. Wonderful experience.

We have eaten here several times now. Excellent food, and a down-home friendly atmosphere. Friendly staff, lots of smiles, and great service. Hands down, by far the best dining service weve had in a very long time!
